Thanks for watching! It was a tough year to get content out with my sled being out for three months but we have made the most of it! Season isn’t quite over yet, but the snow is going fast. Huge thank you to my sponsors GGB Exhaust and Straightline Performance for the continued support throughout the season! ggbexhaust.com/ straightlineperformance.com/

Great video
How much help did buying a new sled help increase your skill?
It helped a ton, new sleds are so much easier to ride and theyre sm lighter
Hey just wondering. Did you check your ring end gap? Big mistake if they’re out of tolerance. This is a MUST!!! Jus’ Sayin’. Good vid tho.
Where dis you buy the wiseco pistons
Straightline performance
any preference on orientation of the cylinder base gasket? looks like it can be installed in either direction with the perforated section protruding upward or downward. not sure it matters but getting ready to button mine up.
Pretty sure it goes upward. I don’t think it matters a whole lot but that would make the most sense. Remember to torque the head bolts to half first and then fully once they are half done.
You didn’t hone your cylinders?? Why?
Hey that’s me in half of those 🥵
Yes it was 😮💨
yk what, i love to make fun of u and always will. but i respect the grind, just keep up
Great rebuild buddy ! I just hope you sell your sled before the next rebuild... Red-Loctite is way to aggressive ! Next time you unscrew the bolts the threads will come with the bolts... Been there done that I had to install heli-coils... Anyways good luck !
Thanks! I took them off afterwards I forgot to put new gaskets in on a couple spots and they came out pretty easy.
@@tobyemondthe earlier you take them out the easier they are... Loc-tite is like concrete... the older it gets the tuffer it resists ! Never use Loc-Tite on engine bolts just my 2 cents. Use blue next time if you can. I only use Loc-tite on the Y-Pipe..
How is it lasting?
It’s great so far, great power increase couldn’t be happier with it
Another thing I should add is make sure all the coolant is out of the crank when you put the jugs back on. If it’s only a little it should burn off but I would just take it out while you’re in yhere
Well done. I've got the same sled, 2015 rmk assault with 1300 miles. How many did yours have at this time? and were you loosing compression/performance? Only constructive criticism I've got is to wait crack thermostat bleeder and allow all to bleed naturally. then elevate rear end above bleeder and start sled while cracked then close when no more bubbles are presented. The hose squeeze method acts as a vacuum and gets no where.
Mine had 2200 and compression was 120 each cylinder. Ok, that is good to know. I just learned the hose squeeze from my dad. Thank you I will do that next time and if I do another video I’ll make sure to try it!
Sicko mode 😎
