Which podcast is that? I had so much trouble explaining that to my significant other and showing this short made everything clear for us! How many times I said “I M not interested to hear what you were trying to do because the result is wrong”. What I would be interested to know is how this happens? Update software every year - but how? I have evolved a ton over two decades but then trauma pulled me way deep unconscious and I lost my health and life. I’m trying to rebuild recover but I was making good improvement (could walk around small cottage cook clean a little shower etc) after coming through hell only to revert to old software w family and now my slow progress stalled and in pain disfunction …. Kinda like a slap from body soul like that’s outdated and we can no longer function in that so here’s this pain disfunction to teach me to change more… bc after all of what I had gone through how could I possibly jeopardize my health recovery to have any sort of life again to please others?!?! It’s ridiculous and I’m sad I failed to update even when stakes so high for my life heakth ability to feel ok good and enjoy daily life

Please look after your health Adele - You are putting weight on and you look unwell - I have started to eat porridge and Chia seeds for brekki and also increased my intake of strawberries and this has helped my weight and health. Try and have your main meal before 5pm and have something very light before bedtime - this will work like a miracle. Please take care of yourself.
