That's really cool, buddy. 😎 Great video of one of this boy's favourite places. 👌🙌 But tell me.. did the wind sweep you off your feet? Did you finally get the chance to dance along the light of day And head back to the Milky Way? And tell me, did Venus blow your mind? Was it everything you wanted to find, and did you miss me While you were looking for yourself out there? 😉
Wow, full immersion, playing between the clouds.
Craig: Where are you located? Im in The Augusta, GA Area and looking for local PMG to flly with. Awesome music, one of my favorite movies. Regards Clifford
Clifford Thomas Hi Clifford. Thanks for the kind words. I actually live in Norfolk! I was born in Scotland hence my trip there in Nov. Cheers. Craig
craig weston how you doing, just found your videos on UA-cam and wondered where I can learn to paramotor? Im in dundee and have been watching paramotor vlogs and is something I would like to get into Your advice would be great Cheers
Hi Scott. I actually live in Norfolk nowadays and therefor do not know of any instructors in Scotland. I would suggest however joining the Paramotor Scotland Forum on Facebook and trying there. There is a guy called Scott Lawson who lives in fife who might be able to point you in the right direction as you live in Dundee. I travel to Scotland almost every November for two weeks. Maybe if you get yourself sorted we could go for a flight or two together?
craig weston hi Craig excellent that's what I will I do bud, thanks for that advice. I have never para glided or para motored or parachute jumped before, but have had fitting lessons, and para motoring just looks so safe, free and liberating and really want to learn. That sounds like a decent shout when I get up and running Cheers Craig
See if you can get yourself a ground handling harness and wing for when you start to train. What I will say is Scott do as many hours ground handling as possible and keep on ground handling even when you are competent. To many people get in the air and stop practicing on the ground.
Nice to see some one getting some flying in just now. Weather has been terrible on east coast
Hi Gordon. I was quite lucky with the weather. I also got a flight in over in Fife flying over the Lomond Hills. I also got a quick flight up in Gairloch. Not so lucky near Dundee where my plug cap popped off after 5mins in the air.
By the way I think I bought your free flying wing a few years ago and am still using it to fly the cliffs around Norfolk.
Hi Craig which wing was that? I have sold a couple.
Great flight craig but i thought this air space ATC .
We had Norwich ATC permission to fly the area as long as we kept under 500ft.....which we did!
Nice one , so you can get permission from ATC that's nice to know , i do have a field 2 m in ATC west of norwich maybe i can get permission fly out , thanks craig .
Nov 2017 huh? Anyway, you lucky bastard! I was looking down from Sgurr an t' Sassunaich over Back of Kepoch, where I was camped at Tigh na Mara one September day many years ago and thought it would be a fine thing to have a paraglider and be back in my tent in a few minutes. I never even conceived of the powered version and not having to make the climb up either. It's only about 1300 feet, but it's still a stretch of the legs. Thanks for posting this.
