Wouldn't say its accurately 10k gold per hour since you have to deal with map waiting and map stealing idiots. I found this randomly but if you lose at wave 18 endless you will get 1.6k gold in just 4 mins with speed boost. You dont need to wait for certain map since all you had to do is lose. Mines is 24k gold per hour since the rest 10 mins is you going back to the lobby for several times.
