This is my second attempt at making a chill improvisation - I think it turned out pretty well so I decided to upload it as well. I kept the same theme from the last one - trains. I use them as a metaphor for something that is continuously moving forward along a path, sometimes even revolving back to where it started - leading back to the beginning. If you have any suggestions on what I should make next feel free to leave it as a comment

This is a calm piano improvisation - I recorded it today and decided to upload it as well. For the video I tried something new - instead of having a still image to have a gif, I did my best to make it in the beat of the improvisation itself. This is my first attempt at doing something that I've never done before - I improvised on the piano and then harmonised it with a string quintet - violins 1 and 2, viola, violoncello and contrabass. This is an original improvisation in G major. I tried to imitate the feeling of spring - calm, warm, kind. I will make a lot more spring themed improvisations and pieces because I adore the feeling of the season as a whole

This is an original piano improvisation in B minor. When I was playing it I intended for the low notes to "beckon" the higher ones, to force them to take shape. I wanted to create a pulling feeling - one that draws you in. This is one of my darker improvisations and I like how it turned out, it reminds me of "Creeping" due to their similarities (pedal note)

This is an original piano improvisation in E minor. I made it to accept the change that is occurring inside of me - me growing as a person as well as a composer. I'll start experimenting more from now on, that is the biggest change - I don't want to be stagnant anymore.

I was tasked with writing music for a movie that my classmates were making called "Water kingdom". I ended up composing four things for it, two are string quintets, one is a string trio and the last one is a piano solo. Happy April Fools! (get it? Fools - F) I was planning on uploading a 10 hour version but after waiting for the video to render for two hours my pc shut itself off and the video got corrupted so I reduced it to a one hour version :'D I improvised for 20 minutes with a constant F, hence the name and just looped it three times ;)
Choral No 1 - Turn, Lord (Върни се, Господи)

This is my first choral and it is in G minor. For the lyrics I used one of the psalms from the bible (psalms 6 no 4) - "Turn, LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love.". I used the Bulgarian text - "Върни се, Господи, избави душата ми; Спаси ме заради милосърдието Си;", but the meaning is more or less the same. This is a piano improvisation in C# minor. I was looking out the window late in the evening, watching everything outside - the cars passing by, the trees swaying lightly. I wanted to go and improvise but I didn't want that moment to end - I wanted it to continue for at least a bit more, hence the name of the improvisation - "Not Yet". I ended up staying on the window sill for a few more minutes...

This is an original piano improvisation in F minor. I saw a flock of crows flying by and I came up with this name. It sounds very similar to the Nocturne that I'm currently working on (since it's in the same tonality and has similar ideas), but the Nocturne itself will be a lot 'softer'. This is a piano improvisation in F# minor (primarily). It was very late when I was recording it and I did some interesting things. While I was playing I was imagining walking down a narrow alleyway - the ground wet from a light drizzle and in front of me - a shadow. I really like how it turned out and I hope that you do as well :D

This is a dark piano improvisation in A minor. In it I used a pedal note - A that was playing throughout the whole of the improvisation (the low loud 'bangs'). While improvising I imagined nighttime - so dark that you can't see except for a light, but you are unsure of how close by it is. It's a bit on the long side, but I like how it turned out and hopefully you will enjoy it as well :D

Thank you for the kind words! I tried to use the string quintet to both complement and to contrast the ideas of the piano - to show how similar they can be, but also how diverse they can act. Hopefully you found something to take away from my work :D Also, might I inquire as to why you mentioned "Synaesthesia", it did make me curious

I did make it a while ago so it's not up to par with my newer works, but I'm glad that you still enjoyed it! The reason for me making it wasn't so nice, but I just wanted to make "one last thing" before closing that chapter of my life, I think that I recorded it in the same day even

Really good, what I would suggest is modifying the velocity of the piano notes, especially when the same note is repeating to make it sound less monotone and less artificial
I was going for a more monotone feeling since it is 'Tranquil', but I will keep this in mind and I'll use it even if it's a slight difference, thank you for the suggestion!
