Basically Middle East airlines have NO Union and they bully all expat Even pilot. Their salary is not high compare with your workload . Qatar, Emirate are worse bcoz two of them compet Ethihad, Saudi, Kuwait are slightly better but still there are discrimination by religion and race. I am sad all the young girls work for Islamic country and change their health and youth to money. Money is not everything in our life. God will bless you.
