Oh without a doubt we got away with one today. If Larne didn’t get that late goal we would be saying how easy that was for Cliftonville today. Dominated the ball at our own ground, we couldn’t hold the ball for about 10 seconds, and some of the little chances and bad decisions we made today was unreal! Like if we didn’t score that would have been 2️⃣ games in a row at inver where we had 0 chances! Tell ya what that better have been Gary haveron decision to play like that today just because Nathan Rooney only has been at the club for a few days or that is quite worrying!

@SweetThieveCaids I was very surprised that there was only one change from Thursday but we'll see what he goes with on Wednesday night. It's a great opportunity to win a trophy so I hope the team reflects that. Onto the next one as they come thick and fast

3 times now we’ve had a good performance in the conference league.. I think the shamrock rovers game was the only bad performance we had.

Yep agree mate the last 2 European game we have been beat by the 1 goal… I do think we would be better if we were in Europe next season

Yeah I’ve been happy enough with the performances 4 games played in the conference league and I’ve came away 3 times saying “we were good happy enough with it” Molde,St Gallen and Olimpija

Like I've said a few times this is a learning curve and Larne will use these experiences to grow and one day be a force other clubs fear

@SweetThieveCaids I spoke with some Forrest fans on Saturday before the game I predicted Forrest would go 1-0 up and we would come back to win 2-1. Larne have had some bad results but someone is due a thumping Saturday is the day

@ The last time yous beat us at inver was 0-1 in December 2021 I remember that game.. We were hopeless and yous got a penalty which won the game… The atmosphere was so bad aswell were compared to the game a few months before that was unreal!!! Still remember when Nassari went round the keeper and scored and my god I went crazy that night I thought we did it and then all I see it Stewart score in the last minute of the game… was absolutely devastated

Yeah some decisions Tiernan made was strange… He brought Ryan off for Randell and let Lusty be the loan striker…. Thank god I don’t have to see Dylan Sloan for a good while in the league he is not good enough…. I’m happy enough with the result because I don’t expect Larne to do well in Europe this year. It would probably take 2 or 3 seasons in the conference league to be really competitive… Must win on Sunday or Linfield can put Larne out the league next week

@SweetThieveCaids We definitely cannot afford to lose on Sunday, it is becoming more and more important that we begin to pick up results but against the other traditional top six we've done alright so far. He changed the formation to go two up front when he brought Lusty on and then realised they got it wrong and had to keep Lusty there and bri g off Andy Ryan to go back to the 5-4-1. You are right, the expectations were low, especially as we can't play at home but some of the things we have done have been mind boggling. As for Sloan, sure him and Lusty are apparently the money spinners and who Larne are banking on selling across the water. The furtherest could be Islandmagee or from Strangford to Portaferry.

Great fans they are. Without a doubt the best supporter we have seen and most likely will for a while… Yeah happy enough with the performance just a bit disappointed with their goal because the defending was awful.

Yes I did see the game and I thought the performance was much better than rovers.. Larne are not good enough for conference league so to see Larne play alright was good enough for me
