When I journal, is it ok to write out what I’m unhappy about in my life to clear it from my mind ? Or will writing it down make it happen more? I was hoping to use one journal to clear my mind and write down what I’m unhappy about , regrets that I keep overthinking etc. and a 2nd journal for gratitude and what I want to manifest ? X

Could you please do a video on what to do when you can’t stop thinking about a situation you’re in and regret. With my bf for 7 years , had a child 2 years ago. I feel like I was delusional before the baby and didn’t realise all the things I didn’t like in the relationship until after the baby. I wish I could live alone or go back to my family but he says no because he wants to be around our daughter too. I wake up unhappy everyday and in regret. I can’t stop thinking about a life I would have lived if we’d broken up and never had the baby.

Your videos helped me get back on track with LOA. I never liked affirmations but in your videos, you describe it as, “speaking life”. That made something click for me, the way I write & recite my affirmations even my attitude towards them has changed. I enjoy taking time out every day to speak life into myself. I haven’t been able to visualize in a couple of years but the affirmations help me get a clear vision. Since I’ve been back on track for almost two months, twice I was able to attract money into my life unexpectedly. There is no such thing as a coincidence, especially with deep faith & prayer. Thanks for your encouragement
