Wow, it seems you're right. It uses a sample of Kleeer. Maybe it's from 1981 instead of 1991 but yeah thanks!. The one recorded is a house track from around year 2000 - 2001

UA-cam detected the song in your description! It's "Groove Tech" by The Base Boys. If you ripped it circa 1998-2002, it was probably being played on the radio unreleased. Sidenote: the original version is at a higher pitch and a slightly slower tempo than your ripped version. Dope tune though!
Thanks for the help. I didn't realize the algorithm recognized the track. I uploaded it and then left it there lol. Yes it seems the track has different pitch and tempo. I really like how it sounds in my recording, so maybe it's a remix or something. More recordings will come up next weeks :)
