What is a Ball? What is Ballroom ?
Ballroom was created in New-York, in the 70s, it originates from discrimination towards black and latinx transgender people, and it's still at its core, a defense and celebration of BIPOC LGBTQIA+ people.
Many members of Houses congregate and take part in events called "balls", inwhich you compete in different categories to win a Grand Prize!

I'm so happy to show you guys this very special performance!
The category was Lipsync Performance, and it called for a fairy radiating energy, so i decided to give you a magical glimpse into the performance, now you can see how it looked in my head ! ✨

Through trauma and various occurrences of self-doubt, becoming proud and loving of who i am and what i do has been a long journey, and this is a way for to bring peace to my inner child, before mustering the energy to move on ✨🧚🏾♂️
Huge thanks to my fairies, the beautiful and talented dancers who graced this stage with their presence and good energy, i always love being around you, you made this moment perfect 💕
