I have the option to get up to 5 proof copies. Despite the "not for resale" banner it seems like a good opportunity to get copies at cost. I presume that after publishing that won't be possible.

I have a technical book in German that I want to translate into English, but there is a small problem. The book contains many mathematical equations, as well as charts and illustrations, so the format needs to remain. Is there a translation service that could accomplish this?

So many people are using AI and not proof-reading it, they upload garbage. I was doing a Blood Pressure log book, and looking at reviews to see what buyers liked and didn't like. One woman didn't like the book's description of how to take your own blood pressure and sent a photo of it: "Put the inflatable bastard on your arm." I did not make this up! The trouble is, I want them to notice my carefully edited book! AND - this book still got many good reviews. I don't understand. Thanks for your video!

I recently published my first book. It’s a children’s picture book. I used a company that I had to pay, because I knew nothing about the process. The book only has a sentence or two on each page of text. There’s white space on the rest of the page. Shouldn’t I be able to take the file of my original book, change the words. And upload? The company is wanting over $1000 from me.

I want to learn how to translate from English to French

DeepL is good but it's mostly a hit or miss for most languages. I used it for Chinese and realized that some translations are very accurate while others are beyond worse and that was me using premium. Instead of DeepL I'd rather you use Immersive Translate and select Gemini, Open AI or Claude or you can use all version compare and edit where needed. It saves so much time haa no word limit and it will be done in minutes. But anyways thanks for the tip
