Why is it that my DTS 800 Motor wont ''accept'' a new remote ( ''certain type'') remote controller? it accepts only ''some remote controllers"....I also tried to ''clear'' the stored (existing) remotes but that too doesnt work? Please help
Good day, Kevin. The dts 800 garage door motor accepts all code hopping remotes except sherlo remotes. If you still struggle, please give us a call on 011 392 5540 / 012 361 5528.

Hi Grave, our kits include 2 remotes. But you can always add on if needed.
Hi,How do I pair easylift remote with dts. Bought dts for my gate and easylift for my garage door.
Good Morning. I hope you are well. Our gate motor only accepts DTS TX 5 Octo remotes, so unfortunately, the easy lift remote won't work. We can recommend adding on an extranal reciever to the gate motor in order to still use the easy lift remotes. Please contact us for more information 011 392 5540 / 012 361 5528
