Woke up to a beautiful morning in the Sahara Desert, but I underestimated that heat tryna be cute and sun bathe! 😅🥵🤦🏾‍♀️
Anywho, on the way back to the city, we stopped by a nearby nomad village, learned about their history and had some tea with a local family 🥹
Making it back to the city, we rode ATVs through the dunes for the rest of the day. Also underestimated my driving skills through the sand and may or may not have fallen off a couple time… 👀🤦🏾‍♀️
Headed to the Airport to fly back to Marrakech and brought in my 24th birthday 🥳 Took a stroll through the beautiful Yves Saint Laurent Museum then hit a couple hooka lounges for the pre celebration!
We toured the beautiful Bahia Palace, visited past Kings’ tombs, saw the herbalist, and walked the local markets and saw a few exciting animals and even got to hold and danced with a snake! 🥰
Fast forward to a traditional Moroccan dinner with great performances and practiced some belly dancing! We then headed over to a private lounge to celebrate the last few hours left on my birthday! 🥳
To seal the trip, we caught an early morning hot air balloon ride to watch the beautiful Moroccan sunrise for one last time before bidding the country farewell. Definitely bittersweet, but I had an AMAZING time! Can not wait to visit Morocco again! 🥹🫶🏾
