No, Ale's voice is Contalto, she has one of the most deep voices in women's voices category, maybe something like Amy Winehouse or Cher could fit her. She should be proud, cause Adele's has a contralto voice too❤

Thanks! I have so much admiration for them. Dany was obviously not well, but still gave us everything she had. And Ale stepped out of her comfort zone to sing lead. And Pau was Pau - an endless bundle of energy.

This was my first TW live show and, let’s just say, they did not disappoint. I was absolutely captivated all night. These ladies are some serious musicians! ❤🔥🤘⚡️

I rode 2700kms to see them. Dont regret it . Had my girlfriend and good friend and his wife on their bike with me. Was their first time to see them and lets just say they have 3 new fans!

They work too much! Wish they take good care of themselves.

With a bit of practice & training I think she could be an amazing singer. But, for the moment, that’s not her focus. Here’s hoping that she changes her mind at some point.

True - although to my (and many others) dismay, when asked recently about singing that song she said something like, “I’m never, never, singing that song again. Never, never”. Here’s hoping she’s wrong on that! 😎

My pleasure & thanks. Ah, yes - we do all love when Ale graces us with a lead vocal! I think TWA would explode if she ever sings lead on an album! 😂 We take what we get, and I consider myself so lucky & grateful for getting two lead performances from her! ❤ Dany was a trooper & gutted it out at less than 100% (but was still amazing as always). And Pau was rock solid & entertaining behind her kit. What a great show! 🔥⚡️🤘

Yes! It was funny because I had told my newly Warned sons before the show to not expect Ale to sing - and then all of a sudden, my son goes, “Um, she’s singing!” And I had to do a double-take to make sure I wasn’t dreaming! And then she sang again! What a very pleasant surprise! Although I knew that it meant Dany was not 100% - you would’ve never guessed through, because she still killed it! ❤

If you watch, Dany doesn’t play her guitar in the intro, just sings & as soon as she starts playing she notices that her guitar is not in tune. So she stops the song, retunes it & then they restart the song. Total pro! (And the poor guitar tech will catch some flak over it! 😂)

Yeah, but it's really just to build hype for the last song. The show is never done until they do the triple bow and pictures. We're pretty much just going along with the routine. They've never ever ended a show by walking off with their instruments. Sooner or later they will perfect the routine and do the encore after the pictures.

Double-edged sword, because you know if Ale’s singing it usually means Dany is not 100%. The fact they dropped both Animosity & Amour off the set-list (only 15 songs) seems to speak to that. So while we got Ale singing, we also did not get Animosity, Survive, or When I’m Alone. Great show regardless of the set-list changes though! 🔥🤘⚡️❤️

Her deeper tone makes for an interesting contrast to Dany’s. Like many, I wish she would embrace a lead role & work on her vocals, but at least at the moment that does not seem to interest her. Oh well, we will take what we get for now!

In a perfect world, Ale wouldn’t need to sing lead - but in these cases where Dany needs some extra rest, I think it’s great that Ale helps out. Besides, the fans seem to love it - so it’s really a win-win. Agreed on the schedule, I was wondering myself about the strain when it was announced. I guess time is money though, no shows means no income, so off days are a luxury.

Another issue that TW isn't talking about is that even during the tour break, they were likely working on new material, perhaps even recording some new stuff, or at least demos. So all of them have some fatigue issues, I'll bet. Dany's voice is most affected because she sings most often.

I think Ale has the potential to be a solid lead singer on certain songs. But there is no shortcut to improving, you have to get out there and do it in front of an audience, falter, learn, and keep going until you get stronger, better, etc. Club gigging is where everyone pays their dues so I hope she keeps singing more and more because it can only enrich the band as they move forward.

i mean, they need to compromise at some point. Either they should make 1-2 songs for Ale to sing lead in her own tone, or they should perform fewer concentrated dates in the schedule.. I admire their work ethic. Touring can be tough, maybe it's a Mexican thing.. but it might catch up to them eventually 😅

I love it when Ale can come out of the shadows (so to speak) and enjoy the spotlight a bit, she deserves it!

@@jamierobson8825 wishing and hoping she would do it more often or have her own songs. That would be the holy grail of bands with The Warning DPA Goddesses having three lead singers!

Sad part is, the only time Ale steps up to sing is when Dany isn't 100%. Dany wasn't at the Meet & Greet before the show.

@@kfh1 True. They play 8 gigs in 10 days, which is intense. They probably have to keep that tight schedule to keep it profitable. The more interesting issue for the future is that when they play over 90 minutes a night, wouldn't it be logical to have Ale sing at least three songs to balance the vocal stress between them three. I know Ale doesn't want to sing lead, but from a RISK-management perspective it would be logical that she also sings lead because The Warning is growing into a league that they not only are a band but also a business. The most important thing now is that Dany is feeling fine for the four coming gigs.
