En BA no hay mar ni playas, el Río de la Plata es un estuario lleno de sedimentos que arrastra desde el litoral y deltas .. es una zona portuaria, por eso el color del agua, el océano se encuentra a más de 300 kilómetros al sur, donde desemboca el llamado Río de la Plata

El color del agua le juega en contra a la ciudad, una lástima porque la ciudad es muy linda y moderna. En Internet hay imágenes satelitales que muestra el tono marrón del agua del río de la plata, mientras más se acerca al mar, va tomando el color normal, osea azul. Toda el agua de Puerto madero y el río de la plata es marrón debido que nace del (litoral argentino y zonas de Brasil), donde la tierra es rojiza o un marrón muy fuerte, eso hace que cuando llueve, el agua toma ese color. I recommend the neighborhoods where local people live, my neighborhood is Villa Del Parque, it is not the tourist part but if you really want to see the "town" there you have it. NO ES UN ZOOLÓGICO ,el objetivo principal del lugar es rescatar animales que estuvieron en cautiverio y ya no tienen forma de volver a su habitat natural,o cuidarlos hasta que encuentran refugio natural,por eso MOSTRAR los animales no es una prioridad ni el objetivo del ecoparque
