Today in the shop have a skid steer with a worn hitch
I have just done one but I took the bolts out of the seat and moved it forward and everything was so easy to get to did the job in 10 minutes 😂
The 580 always lite on the front in my opinion the cat 416 series the double hydros on the boom for maintenance and machanic friendly not having to pull a hydro cylinder out of the boom and some areas hard to get a wrench in thr boom and having to fish the hydro lines down the boom pain in the ass the 420 and 410 cat and John deere great rubber tire pain loading concrete in the high bed trucks I like the excavator for the 360 swing and loading trucks with so you can pull the truck behind you if working in traffic keeping a lane open the 420 cat based off of a international 4x4 tractor and loader heavy front end the old 4200 or 4400 tractor I think was the cat 420. Then the Ford 755 was a jcb John deere 710B with a different boom and a John deere loader
When is the date of moving the large olive tree at what time exactly .. Thank you
you really want to move them in late autumn to early winter this will put less stress on the trees and give the roots time to bond with the soil
Nice work.
멋지네요 very nice video, boat
~5:15. He said "Thirty year old Manzanilla olives..." Manzanilla olives ("man-zah-nee-ya") or Manzanillo, also Manzanilla de Sevilla (in Spain), originally from the area of Seville, Spain...😊 Those are very nice olive tree specimens for landscaping. ❤
Indian high pressure pump repearing 👇👇👇 ua-cam.com/video/Kk0GbbijuUI/v-deo.html
hi, what is the board that you use for the flooring?
ua-cam.com/video/GOBfWWy4T5w/v-deo.html
Why does the tractor's fuel go backwards?
I thought running the cleat behind the nav light would surely tear the light off? Cool build otherwise!
i had he same thought but it is still there today
Hi I like what you have done there, what is the board that you are using is it builders form ply? and how bigger span have you got there for the ply between supports.
Thank you and yes it is hard wood builders ply and it has one bra ING though the center with a spacing of about 800mm each side
Great craftsmanship 👌🏾 A Salute from the States 🫡🇺🇸
thank very much
How do U put the seat forward if there electric and that battery's dead
You have to connect a jumper pack to the 2 terminals under the bonnet to give it power so you can move the seat.
Watched heaps of these lately this is the best one i have seen... doing a fit out on a tinny and this is Great work.... i was going to ask about the casting deck with the piano hinge being strong enough but someone already did so that's great to know i will follow what you have done. thanks a lot
Thank you so much ill be doing another tinny soon ill make a video of that one as well
@@RocSpec If you don't mind me asking what was that spray on carpet glue it looks easier than spreading glue.
@@martinsmith3402 Hay mate not a problem at all. That glue was kwik grip I use that in a sucking spray gun but since then I have found that sika do a very good one called spay fix It comes in an arasol can ready to spray
Be careful now that 10mm will flee
Awesome effort, great to see care taken with all applications.
Hi Just wondering with the piano hinge is it strong enough to stand on without centre support??
Yes it is because it is using the strength of the ply wood and when folded it is stronger than when it is flat open
How much all this cost
What kind of wood was the decking made out of?! And what was the waterproofing you used?
Hay buddy the wood was a 3/4 water proff structural ply and the water proffing was a water based bitumen to seal off the cut edge. As a follow up the boat has come in reasently for a repower and after inspection of the work the floor has held up very well with no swelling or water damage
Have you ever replaced the o ring on the side by the outlets
Yes I have however I only do that on the test bench as you have to pull the metering shaft out
Where did you get the seal kit?
You remind me of the ancient boat builders I used to work with in an earlier life😀 Meticulous and artisans. Hold your heads up high on the quality of your work.
Did you use any fertilisers or rooting help ? If yes how ? Thanks
Would be a lot easier just removing the seat
Good vid , however #1 you could have captured you oil . #2 clean the bolt,& threads with brake cleaner or lacquer thinner to remove all oil, or the lock tight will be ineffective, after installing the bolt with the lock tight (red) immediately bring to torque, as the lock tight sets quickly . #3 if you know the torque, please state, I have never seen a spec on that. #4 on the last 1/2” of thread put silicone , or some type of thread seal to prevent water getting in. There is some diff in the cyl for the 580K & the Super K
Are you using form ply or marine ply? Do you also find, a problem with electrolysis when using stainless screws into aluminium? The reason that I ask, is because I am about to do up an old tinny myself.
Its a compressed form ply and with the screws you can put some duralack to help slow down electrolysis but I find that in time it happens any way
great vid, what out board was on this boat?
Thank you for the comment. From memory I think it has a 15hp yamaha
Nice work mate. Just wondering what stops the casting deck from bouncing out on rough roads for rough water as I don’t see how it is secured down?
On this particular boat we didn't need anything to hold it down as the owner lives on the water edge and he is an older gentleman that uses it for callamari fishing. In saying that one request he had was to put on a slower prop so he could troll slower
outstanding attention to Detail. You are truly a master. Awesome!
Awesome vid love ya work I just got myself a 315 quintrex traviller I plan to do the same setup Awesome work 🔥🔥🔥
about to tackle this myself, great vid, lots to be said for redo on machine instead of removal and sending it out, runs fine, just leaking
Great work and top video. Appreciate you sharing your skill/s with us. Cheers!
Thank you
Fantastic job guys. Really enjoyed watching this all the way through 😃👍
Should do that to the track frame on the CAT 😝
Sorry were are you located?

@@RocSpec ah i knew from the accent
@@RocSpec we’re they in pots for 30 years? They are fairly big which is great cos I want mine to grow in a large pot and grow into a normal size tree. Cheers.
Were are not located?
Nice work mate👍 did you need any bracing under the floor?
Not at that distance mate that board is super strong
@@RocSpec awesome I'm copying your build😂👍 thanks alot
The bulkhead you used under the seat to separate the compartment, ever considered a strip of thin rubber between the aluminum before you screw down to isolate any vibration noise? Your craftsmanship is amazing and a small touch as that, could be awesome at separating yourself from the subpar others out there.
I like how you used aluminum to cover the wires instead of vinyl conduit pipe
Nice neat work. But why would you put the navigation lights infront of the anchor rope cleat? It'll get damaged by the rope when at anchor.😉
we run the anchor rope through the hand rail first if we need to anchor but he uses this boat for squiding so he never really uses the anchor
Neat job mate 👍
I am doing my boat floor at the moment, i see you are using structual plywood rather than marine grade ply? And also it isnt cured with epoxy resin? Will your floor hold up?
hay mate so far so good have not seen any problems with the plywood holds up quite good
hey mate just wondering what size angle you used for your front casting deck thank you
30mm x30mm x1.6mm
@@RocSpec thanks mate i was going to order 30x30 x 3mm do you think 3mm will be over kill? thank you
@@newport5504 the stronger the better mate
I reckon i would fall thru it if i stood on it. It looks mint but is it strong enough? I taught it would of needed extra bracing?
Where did you get the o ring
My supplier is first diesel service Penrith nsw
@@RocSpec thanks I believe I found it I am going to attempt this on my dads tractor. Question have you ever messed with the brakes on that tractor?
Yes and thay are a pain in the butt are you losing fluid or is it spongy
@@RocSpec they are spongy they don't grab i guess is the best way I can describe it
@@raymondfelton961 there is a bleeder screw on the top of the break housing under the cab easier to get to with the rear floor panel removed
Was this a w11b
Hey mate hope u had a good day your a absolute legend and love your work you pay so much Attention and detail to your work keep it up mate
Thank so much
I'll tell you one thing sir, that was really neat project! Do you build that for people as well?
Yes that was a clients boat
Nice work
All though you are using Stainless screws wich are good for marine environment, they still will cause Galvanic corrosion in the Alluminium, Basically two metals having a chemical reaction, since you put so much effort into the details start using a product called duralac or tef-gel (tef gel can be purchased from Jaycar )it will stop this from happening,I recently just removed all the screws from my new to me boat and replaced what i could with rivets and the rest i used tef gel, even after 12 months the stainless had started to react from thr previous owners fixings.
