Is it legal to not wear a helmet?
@@dwillbecancelledsoon4086 I think it’s legal, many people do that. I was wearing a helmet for my own safety.
Nobody wears a helmet in Tokyo, I would however not recommend to ride without a helmet especially in places and environments that you’re not familiar with as it comes with surprises.
