This 10,242 acre grazing and hunting ranch is located just over one hour east of Amarillo. The headquarters are 100% hidden, featuring an unbelievable view overlooking the rich valley. This home is a modern 2002 build sporting a two-story 7700 sq ft ranch style home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The living room has a massive fire place and the home features everything you could want. It has lots...
I would like to negotiate this ranch.
YES I LIKE THIS RANCH
Be nice if we see more of the ranch then your face. But , I guess it's more about your faces then the ranch.

That depends. If you only want 50% water rights, it's $17.5 mil. with 100% water rights it's $19.5 mil. There are ranches in Wyoming with similar sizes going for around $30 mil and they are only good for grazing half of the year (if you are lucky)
@@dandt0001Has it been drilled for oil or gas?
Why not give it to the Muslims?
because Leviticus 25:45 tells me to turn muslims into slaves

EN QUE ESTADO ES. CUANTO CUESTA.CUAL ES LA TEMPERATURA PROMEDIO.
not sure what you are asking... what state is it in? Texas. an hour east (south east) of Amarillo, TX. the temperature range in the summer runs between 90 and 95 for the highs and 60 to 65 for the lows on average, and in the winter the average highs are between 50 to 55 and lows from 25 and 30
I've never heard an "expert" refer to aquifer "filling back up" the experts I've read as well as listened to always referred to that as " recharging".... An expert?

billy dingo You must be a jerk. Why be so mean.
the thing i don't like is on the post-production side. they had several points in there more than once and i find that irritating. for example, did anyone catch how far down the water is? or what other places to compare it to? oh i wonder how long this water has been used and do they have any records of that use?
u are Gorgeous who would really want to live in that Barren land. Love Colorado. It's Gorgeous hear.
Cattle don't ski.
By all means, whatever you do, don't come near this part of the Country. Stay in Denver, preferably downtown. You wouldn't want to get near any cattlemen. However, you should know that generations of the area's previous tenants ranged from below this area to the north of you in Wyoming. But they were pretty hostile to folks like you. If you have any hair, their horse's bridles would have been sporting it in no time, while you were left, sans top, buried alive in one of the area's rather large anthills. And who knows? With an attitude like that, it COULD happen again. Just sayin'.
I'm sure it's Gorgeous (to) hear that it's gorgeous here, but uneducated city folk like yourself are really not welcome in places where REAL men and women live and feed this country. You may keep your inner-city crime, thank you
any feral hogs? Time 4:48
Maybe, but I know there's a lot on down south of the Red River. Might be a little too dry up here. Looks like it's by the Canadian. I think it looks like it would be a killer production ranch, as long as I didn't have to live there. That's why God made Ranch Hands.
This 10,000 acre (+/-) ranch has amazing hunting with all kinds of wildlife including Mule deer, white tail, turkey, quail, dove, and hogs.
