@dulipmanjula4215 yes, because she doesn't need any, she doesn't see a doctor or take any medicines and doesn't have a medical history.. She's fully healthy so we didn't fill in those documents. Only about TBC because everyone is obliged to do that

Hello, the medical documents are only for if you see a doctor regularly in the country where you live and or you use medicines for something, and you also need that the same when you move to the Netherlands. Then they like to know what. If you're fully healthy and don't need that then you don't have to fill in these documents. But the TBC research documents (verwijzingsformulier) you do have to fill in. When your MVV is accepted and you are in the Netherland you have to let yourself get tested on TBC at the GGD and bring the other documents to there, they will fill it in and send it to the IND. About "Questionnaire for residence with partner" like it says on the document: "Use separate sheets of paper when answering the questions. Mention the number of the question and your answer on the sheet. You must place your signature and the date of signing on each sheet of paper." So I just wrote the answers on A5 sized paper and signed every piece.. And I added my photos separately and I did not sign the photos. Much luck with everything!

When those are translated and stamped you can send copies to your partner so he can add it with the appendix declaration of relationship and everything he sends to the IND.. When the MVV is accepted and you go to the Dutch Embassy in your country to let the MVV get placed in your passport you have to bring the originals to the appointment together with the document "TEV-MVV-verlening" .. @@ahanaf8853 probably has to be get from the local district and then legalized. in ph it was quite easy to get it legalized. she just went to some ministry gave the documents etc and then within a short time she got it back legalized by post. it needs to be apostilled. or whatever u call it haha. but this is based on Philippines. so Thailand might be different. although i think it's the same.

Hi, yes, Willem is right. This is what my girlfriend said: Getting a certificate of single status in Thailand is very easy, your girlfriend can request it in English from the district office where she is registered and travel to the consulate to have it stamped as valid. Good luck on everything!

@@yacinesaidj5791 Hello, I'm not sure how many times.. But the IND does look into and needs proof that the relationship is strong and real.. And having been together multiple times does help a lot more than when you've never met in real... Applying for MVV and a residence permit and starting integration is a lot of work.. in my opinion, I would not start all that with someone I've never met before, or only for maybe 1 time.. I've been to my girlfriend multiple times to her country and she lived with me for 3 months in the Netherlands with a Schengen Visa.. before we started with the MVV.. Everything went good and we are still 100% sure about eachother.. And we had enough proof to show our relationship is real, so everything was approved right away too. Good luck with everything!

@@yacinesaidj5791 I applied for my girlfriend and sent everything to the IND for her.. But if you Google search "schengen visa checklist the Netherlands" you can download it and it will say all documents you need.. After sending all documents in it can take up to 15 days for them to approve or not, if not they will let you know about what they need more information.. If it is approved you can stay in the Netherlands for 90 days(3months)

@@premakuyila8440 Hi, with the mvv they didn't ask my girlfriend anything, just took fingerprints, payed money and they put everything in computer and done.. With Schengen visa they asked her about what work she does and when she comes back to starts work again.. Just to see she really comes back to Thailand within 90 days

@Yo_millie Hi, your partner needs to submit it along with the other documents to the IND, can send him copies of it.. And if I remember correctly when your MVV is approved and you go to the Dutch embassy to get the MVV in your passport, you have to bring the originals of these documents with you to the embassy. In de beschrijving van deze video staan links naar waar ik alle documenten vandaan heb, en het is makkelijk om die checklist te downloaden daar staat eigenlijk precies in hoe het werkt. Het kan per persoon iets verschillend zijn afhankelijk van jullie persoonlijke situatie. Veel succes!

Om een MVV en verblijfsvergunning aan te vragen (dat gaat tegelijk) moet je vriendin geslaagd zijn voor het "civic integration exam abroad" niveau A1 (inburgering in het buitenland). Als ze dan in Nederland is krijg je vanzelf een oproep om hier verder te gaan met inburgering voor niveau A2 of B1.. Bij ons duurt het (geen idee waarom) erg lang, wij hebben een intake gesprek gehad waar alles uitgelegd werd, mijn vriendin zou een proef examen moeten maken om te bepalen op welk niveau ze hier verder Nederlands gaat leren en daarna zouden we nog een een gesprek hebben om de PIP te maken (Persoonlijk plan Inburgering en Participatie). En vanaf dat moment gaat dan het termijn van 3 jaar in om voor alles te slagen. Maar we hebben nog steeds geen oproep gehad voor een proef examen en dat had binnen 10 weken moeten komen, misschien moet ik zelf is gaan bellen naar DUO 😅.

Je kan ook online MVV aanvragen, maar ik heb zelf gewoon alles uitgeprint en opgestuurd naar het IND.. online scheelt wel een hoop papierwerk, maar ik heb geen idee hoe dat werkt

Ik wilde je nog iets anders vragen. Was je vriendin voor het aanvragen van een mvv al een keer in nederland geweest? Zo ja hoe was dat ooit in zn werking gegaan? Mijn vriendin had een toeristen visum aangevraagd maar die is afgewezen (niet genoeg geld, geen duidelijke rede voor verblijf en geen duidelijke motivatie om terug te gaan) allemaal redenen die met bewijs zijn aangekaart maar blijkbaar niet goed genoeg...

Hi, she went to a school in Bangkok to learn for the civic integration exams abroad.. And when ready for it via the school she got signed in to do the exams at the Dutch Embassy. But what we did first was apply for a Schengen visa for 3 months just so she could see the Netherlands and everything first. That might be an option too if you both have never met before.. And then after that, apply for an MVV and residence permit, but that's your own choice on what you want. Good luck with everything!

@zarabrown7228 Hi, I filled in those documents first and then with a scanner got everything to my phone and I send it to her.. She printed it out and signed it, and then she just made photos of it all (because she didn't have a scanner) and sent it all back to me.. And then I printed it out again. Hi, when it's the first time you are applying, you don't have a V-number yet. "Every non-Dutch person who applies for a residence permit will receive this number. The number is on the letters from the IND." So after sending in the application, the IND will send you letters on how to continue, and your V number will be on there. When I applied for my girlfriend, I didn't fill anything in either because we didn't have the number yet. Good luck!

When I took my basisexamen inbugering in het buitenland, I had to register at the Dutch embassy of my country. During this registration process, they took down my passport information and gave me a paper that I must bring to the embassy each time I go for business related to my application. On that paper, my V-Nummer is on it.

Hello, at the moment we are still waiting for letter from DUO to make an appointment for a test exam to see which niveau of Dutch she can start to learn at. And then we have another appointment to make PIP ("Persoonlijk plan Inburgering en Participatie") Personal plan for Integration and Participation. This plan contains agreements about how you will integrate, and after making the PIP the 3 years time limit to complete everything will start... So we are still waiting.. But some books we got recommended are: - Klare Taal NT2 - Code+ deel 3, A2 B1 - Van Dale Nederlands als tweede taal NT2 The dictionary is allowed to bring in when having to make the exams B1. Hi, I’m sorry I’m a bit confused. Is she going to take A2 or B1 exam?

We were told that in the new law of integration (Nieuwe wet inburgering 2021) people have to follow B1. But if I read it right on this website: www.inburgeren.nl/u-gaat-inburgeren/#3-jaar-de-tijd It is possible to go down to A2 if B1 is too difficult and not possible. DUO will send a letter to invite for "Brede Intake" That is one day where you get information about how everything works and then within 10 weeks another letter to make a test exam to determine on which level is the best to learn Dutch, after that the PIP is made.. PIP is also new in the law for 2021.. For us it's still a bit unclear too because we are still waiting for a letter to make the test exam and to make the PIP.. The 3 years still didn't start for my girlfriend either. But on the link I send there is information on how it works too

I think it might be different per person now.. some people want to continue a study and will follow B1 and B2.. Others start at B1 but have the possibility to go to A2 after trying B1 and if that doesn't work. Depending on that test exam and what it says in your PIP it might be not the same for everyone anymore.. I think it's like that haha

Zij neemt alles mee en haar paspoort, haar paspoort blijft bij VFS en als alles goed is sturen hun die terug op met de Schengenvisum sticker erin.
