Thanks for this! As a white guy who grew up in a diverse church, I was at first impressed by how diverse the meetings were. Drawing everyone in to discuss the Bible. It was only when I got deeper in that I started to notice red flags(like claiming Revelation is the new covenant, saying you have to understand it to be saved) that I started to do some digging and realized who they actually were.

I have seen several videos concerning this church..... But all of you keep talking nonsense, none of you guys have mentioned anything tangible or scary enough to conclude that a church is a 'cult'. You'll all keep saying they interpret bible and they glorify the owner of the church, bla bla bla. Nothing serious and you people are making noise everywhere. These same issue you guys are pointing out is something we all are facing in our different denominations including Catholics who uses a separate bible with Newly added names and chapters? They also glorify status, our different churches also glorify pastors, parish priest, bishops etc and even twist bible to suitable themselves. So what's the difference? How sure of you that your denomination you've been attending all your life is not also a "Cult"? Do you even know a "Secret Cult" is? If that Church is actually from Kingdom of Darkness as you guys claim, do you think you can easily identify them, Do you think you can easily get out of it, or do you even think you can expose them easily? I don't know this Church but you guys have not given enough reason to tag it a "Cult" . For you guys to be condemning this church like this..... Even makes clearer that it might be that one true church, cuz truth hurts and satan is using every means to tarnish the image of that Church. Since you people don't have any other work to do other than looking for which church is cult and the one that's not. Start from Catholic Church to other churches which have been deceiving people for many years with false teaching, doctrines and beliefs......yet all of us are still in those churches even when we know some certain teachings and doctrines doesn't align with Bible. Mine was very similar I was feeling OK about the class, until they revealed “New John” Could not get the verses to match up, and did research (against their rules not to) because I figured, hey if it’s the truth, I’ll find out After learning how a cult works and also the flaws of their doctrine, I quit. Lost some time but not much else, worried about my course mates though, as I have no way of contacting them

I was invited to a Shincheonji Bible study by my friend. Of course she didn’t tell me but the study was giving me red flags throughout the four months I was in it. I prayed & the Lord revealed it was a cult, I confronted my friend. She admitted my suspicion & what I learned about it. I’m in WA state lol! But did the zoom meeting with the Chicago church. Yes ppl, if you hear about learning parables, prophecy & fulfillment, run!!!! This is so a CULT! Total mind control, brainwashing, conditioning & programming. Basically at the end of the 9 months seminar you become an apostate. You forfeit your salvation to Christ & place your faith & allegiance to Lee Man Hee. That’s straight up evil!

What’s funny is that they not only contradict what the Bible says and they pick and choose verses they can “use”, but they also contradict their own teachings a lot of times 😂 and they try their best to be as evasive as possible to your questions. They CANNOT (and refuse to) think outside of their doctrines, they never want to use critical thinking they love use to criticize everyone else other than themselves. Having critical questions and trying to find out whether their claims about the reality of “the fulfillment” are true is considered unfaithful and “evil” because doubt means betrayal against God according to their doctrines. They never want you to investigate about their claims about the fulfillment yet they demand you to accept it as the truth and commit your life and have complete submission. What a bs!

Bro, I’m in the same mindset as you rn, I go to the meetings but my mama is telling me I should stop. Here’s what I think. So far Mr Lee man Kun hasn’t been mentioned yet, but I think the lessons so far have been very insightful. Bro the main thing is that they teach Jesus Christ is the saviour which is the whole point of Christianity essentially (what Paul did). I think they may have different interpretations and ideas of the bible but if they teach Jesus is the way to eternal life (which they do) then all your faith friends should be okay and you’ll should be seeing them in heaven 🙏🏻 by his grace. That’s just me tho 😅 (Also thank you for the video, I’m extremely curious now)

Chills. I was in the same exact "program" as you just a few days ago... They gave in-person classes at Emory University, and I attended on Zoom. I was assigned a fake faith friend as well. I was there for 2 months, thank God the Holy Spirit convicted me on time, so I didn't even get to the intermediate lessons.

They also said that Jesus won’t be coming back to Israel but will be coming back to Korea.

They are in Australia as well. I joined but got out after a few months. They totally love bomb you. They are called New Heaven New Earth. I was doing zoom 3 nights a week. I thought it was fantastic but then things weren’t adding up to what I remembered before I started backsliding. They told me not to trust my mum who is one of the strongest women of faith that I know. I really started questioning when they said that Adam and Eve weren’t the first humans on earth just the first that God made a covenant with.

Saying “i respect your decision” is a new tactic to make them look like they aren’t forcing you. It’s the same reason everything is free. Same reason they have a youtube account. You know how North Korea has their own social media where they share things seemingly positive and nice. It’s very controlled and it is to serve the purpose of convincing people that “they aren’t so bad”. That aren’t as bad as everyone is making them out to be. It’s brainwashing. If they don’t try to force you to stay in it, then it’s harder to completely write them off as a scary cult. Which is why your “faith friend” still wants to keep in contact with you. You’re dependent on that “friend”relationship, because you were either already isolated because you are new to town or don’t already have a strong ground group. Or they isolate you by taking up all your time, and making our family and friends out to be the enemy. In order to maintain the “friendly” persona they don’t force you or give you push back when you want to leave. But they want to keep in touch with you. Why? You continue to brainwash you. And if you stay in contact, they’ll keep feeding you the doctrine and mindset, and at some point you’ll start to think “hmm why did i think this was a cult again? They are really nice people. My faith friend is really nice to me, etc.” or if something negative in your life happens and you share it with you’re “faith friend”, they can use that as amo to pull you back in. Like say you fight with your girlfriend or your family, they can attempt to pull you back into the church by reminding you all the amazing people that are in the church and how the church has nothing but love for you etc. it’s just a way to keep you intertwined. That is not your friend, that is an agent my guy. The whole course is brain washing, right from the beginning. I listened in on a few of them and i could already see the subliminal messages they were sending to people. The fist one was basically “you can’t trust yourself unless you study the Bible (not spoken but situationally implied: at our organization)”, the next one was “do you think you can really recognize Jesus when he comes back? (Implying they will teach you how to recognize Jesus)”, the next one was all about how love means you lead people to learn the word (not stated but situationally implied: at our organization), and this was actually stated “if anything is distracting you from learning the word (situationally implied: at our organization), it’s a tactic from the enemy”. The next one was “ you can only pray a certain way for it to be acceptable (not stated but…again…situationally implied: we’ll teach you at our organization), It stinks to God if you do it any other way. And then there was also if you want to be God’s friend, you need faith, but you get faith through knowledge of the word (not stated but implied: which we will teach you at our organization), and then you need obedience (to what i wonder, could it be their false messiah?) to prove you’re faith (means they are going to ask you to do things later. This was before they even started the actual courses. This was like an appetizer to the course. If anyone asked them anything they would say “we’ll get to that in the in depth course that can last up to 9 months. The graduation is just a ceremony to confirm that you have been successfully brainwashed. If they don’t feel for certain that you are fully brainwashed they’ll tell you that you aren’t ready for graduation and to study/repent more. Like what happened to you. And then doing that makes the target even more desperate to be acceptable so they do everything they can, abandoning any doubt they may have, in order to pass and graduate and join the kingdom. From the very beginning it was brainwashing. Giving you subliminal messages to make you doubt your own thoughts and your own personal relationship with God. They would even say things like If God told you to leave your entire family, would you believe in him and obey like Abraham did? If God told you to do something seemingly crazy like he told Noah to build a giant boat would you do it? It’s all about disarming you, exploiting your desire to please God, and prepping you for the cult mentality. There is no truth in them, only deception. And the father of lies is Satan. The Holy spirit is accessible to each and every believer in the true Christ. You don’t need man to teach you anything. Abraham didn’t have a Bible or a pastor, Noah didn’t either. They both had their individual relationship with God, and obeyed when the Holy Spirit spoke to them. Not when some old man who dyes his hair to appear non-aging does. “My sheep hear my voice and another they will not follow”(John 10:27). “Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it so God that works in you to will and do His good pleasure” (Philippians 2:12-23). That is our work to do. We go to our own individual quiet places speak to God, ask him for wisdom, understanding, and the Holy Sprit, be alert enough to “test all things” (1 Thessalonians 5:21), and obey Jesus and his commands (John 14:15). That is our individual work as people to do. Not through some organization. If you do have a group, Whatever you hear in fellowship with other believers, don’t just take it at face value. You should, a take it to your quiet place, research it and ask the Holy Sprit to reveal the truth to you. “Study to show yourself approved, rightly dividing the word of truth, but ignore false teaching” (2 Timothy 2:15-16). We have to do that work, no one can do it, or claim to have done it for us. Aka “LMH is the only one that knows the truth “, lies from the original liar himself.

Okay. I just have to say I’m in the same position you were in! I met a gal on meetup a couple of years ago that was doing a fellowship group on meetup so her and I were doing a bible study together. Just normal stuff about the four fields parable that Jesus spoke of and stuff that’s deeper but still checks out. Then she invited me to a group zoom Bible study back in July 2023 and I didn’t think much of it except that were called to meet together as believers and study the word. I found it profound and interesting to learn deeper meanings of things and even talked with fellow Christian’s I know about the teachings and it all checked out. How the field represents a persons heart and we can be on a path like field or thorny or rocky field. I mean as you said it takes months to even get through this part of the series. We just this week took a test for the first time and they’ve been talking about being sealed but I just thought oh yah that makes sense. The new John thing has come up the past couple of months though and really made me start wondering when they were saying “this new john” has had the open word for about forty years now. They still haven’t given the name of this person in the class but as a person who does my research I googled new John of revelation since 1984 and found this and it was speaking of exactly everything this group talks about. It’s hidden in there through parables that are correct. They throw these incorrect things in very sneakily. No name of it has come up yet either. It’s just been our Tuesday Friday Bible study and then they just added Saturday afternoons a few weeks ago. So I have had nothing to go off of up until this point when I was given just enough info to google this “new john” even though they’ve never given a name for the group or the name of this new John just yet. They just said today the parables portion is over soon and we will be going into the next section. Ugh I hate when people try to manipulate others. I also thought it was odd they denied the trinity and tried making it sound normal to not believe in it like satan made up the trinity. Denying the trinity means to deny Christ

I’m a Korean, so my English is not fluent as much as native speakers, but I will say some facts that happened in S. Korea. In South Korea, Sincheonji(SCJ) infiltrate normal churches(not only protestant churches but also catholic churches), take out believers, and make them as their(SCJ) believers. In recently, they evangelize in public places. Like subway stations(or train stations), downtown, etc. The most important thing is they evangelizes in public places, but they conceal who are they. They are approaching to people as they are taking surveys or free counselings or etc. If they succeed at this fraud evangelization to you, then they will preach you to make cult believer. If you finished this course, then you became a SCJ believer. They exploitation their believers. If you are a university student, they will force you to drop out or leave of absence. If you are a worker, then they will force you to resign. If you are a married person, then they will force you to divorce. By this reasons, SCJ is the most infamous cult in S. Korea.
