These remind me of the 5 meals for £4 at Morrisons back in 2003! That's £8 in today's money, and more expensive than these Lidl ones!

I cant eat these as they are made in massive pots , its just so grimey ,with the boiled chicken and crap ingredients 😮.

All of these would cost $6-$7 Canadian... 3.97 Pound, please send help 😢

What about time and energy cost? Microwave would take 8 minutes cost about 4 - 6 pence to heat the meal, an oven for 45 minutes is nearly 50p or more! Also what is the nutrition on these meals? They are mostly carbs, low protein little no vegetables or anything near balanced.... you couldn't live off these as a balanced nutritional diet!

Lidl do have an 85p spag bol and an 85p pasta in tomato sauce

I defrost the fridge overnight 3 minutes in the microwave job done i get all the asda essentials ready meals all the time

They should have given you 85p for taking away macaroni cheese , it's disgusting shite whoever produces it . I haven't got a Lidl near me , just Asda , Morrisons and Aldi

I totally hear you when you say ready meals microwaved aren't all that good, with the exception of curries maybe, I always microwave them though try and air fry the rest if I can.

Loving the food videos bro. I know you keep saying its not a food channel 😂 but i think it should be. Something id love to see in future videos if you do a meal a day. Is say the next day if the meal the previous day held you through or if you got hungry again. Id love to see a asda essential food challenge. So a buy foods that are asda essential only. walked past there last week and must say it smelled delicious only thing that stopped me getting one is that i didnt have any cash on me and i dont think they take card payments
