Keep going OUT, working OUT & putting OUT videos… and it will work OUT… 😂 See you on the 6th!
Men want to be needed (to provide and protect), so saying you do not need them takes away their raison d 'etre (their reason for being). They are not looking for another man so to speak, an independent woman. Try not to let them know the truth, rather try seeking advice, asking for help or seeking information and thanking them in a way that shows they helped you. Not needing a potential partner is a recipe for disaster. APPS these days are simply hookup apps. Your best option is to be brave and approach men. It takes time to develop rizz. It does not come naturally to women and they generally do not have any, so it must be learned. Cheers
@@michaeldemarillac9992 thank you. You have just described a real man but realistically how many men like that are out there? 😉 Ultimately, that's what we all want.. We just don't wanna get disappointed so for me, it's my defense mechanism. I don't wanna be vulnerable..
Thank you Fran for another good video . Have a great day .

Another question raised in your vlog. Without a car or bike of one's own, how does one travel around to Chiang Rai, Pai and all the other amazing townships near Chiang Mai?
@@user-Jenfromdownunder there are taxis like bolt, grab, maxis and if you want to travel places like Pai or Chang Rai, there are vans and buses. Actually, the vans are inexpensive.
Great vlog. Very interesting and getting to know more about the expats living in Chiang Mai. This is way off topic, however, curious as to whether there is a mozzie issue being so close to your accommodation?
Hi, if you are talking about mosquitoes, this is tropical so you can expect mosquitoes everywhere. I always carry with me mosquito repellent spray and tiger bum.
Finally! A female perspective and conversation about a much discussed topic usually dominated by male vloggers with a penchant for Thai women. While I am not coming to live in Thailand to attach myself to a dude, it would be nice to have the option if the opportunity presented itself (meeting a bloke for whatever feels right). Or is being Anglo going to eliminate the possibility?
Expat women have a harder time attracting male interest in Thailand, but they have a couple of key advantages: cultural similarity & financial independence. Relationships with Thai women, while satisfying in many ways, are complicated because of cultural differences and often a lack of areas to connect on. I hear this from many farang men I know in Thailand. Second, many Thai women come with significant ongoing financial obligations to family that are just part of the package. I know from a couple of Thai women, the pressure within their families to extract/lean on/leverage the financial assets of their boyfriends/partners/spouses can be intense. Stories of men being financially scammed are widespread. Makes an already divorced man think twice about getting involved with a Thai woman … especially one with a big family! Compared to women we meet back in our home countries, expat women are already travellers, already embracing a new and exciting life (like Fran), already enjoying the freedom of living in Thailand. This is EXACTLY how many/most expat men feel. Pretty great lifestyle value to have in common, to have fun/embrace together.
@@user-Jenfromdownunder thanks for your positive comments. I believe if you can expose yourself in many ways, the chance you will meet someone compatible with you is greater. At the end of the day, we just need 1.😉
Great to hear Phil Collins in the background! The king of love songs ;) 🎶🎉
Yup, I'm still hung up on the 80s... 😉
Oh, good topic! Something you should dig into more, for expat women *and* expat men. From the man’s perspective it can be complicated, so much apparent choice but not really what you want. From the expat woman’s view, you have more cards to play than you realize! I agree, Bangkok is totally different and more “normal” (an odd word to use about anything in Thailand) than Chiang Mai or Pattaya. Thank you for sharing your experience.
@@jimhardy4987 glad you like it.
안녕하세요 사랑스러운 아가씨!
Really nice Fran. I read that condominiums in Thailand can last 50 to 100 years provided they are well built and maintained. A major developer in Thailand stated that a well built condominium is good for 40 years max. Is there some kind of structural survey to determine the health and status of the building above and beyond EMF. For eg structual integrity, concrete integrity, any cracks, structural integrity, water damage, concrete rot etc. from my perspective it looks quite solid, but having worked as a cropduster in the Riverina rice growing region in Australia, a lot of farmers complained to me about water ingress into the land on farms right next to a rice farm, but only doing dry farming and avoiding growing water intensive rice crops. Cheers.
@@michaeldemarillac9992 I'll try to find out. Thanks for your feedback
I just checked about your question and what I found out is that the architecture and engineers who built Angket were Japanese. Obviously, the labors were Thais but was supervised by Japanese experts. Furthermore, Angket is built on concrete and steel materials and building like this can last 50-100 years or more. And its well maintained by the latest supervisor as explained in my previous vlog. 😊

@@Openeyesopenheart42 thank you for your comments. ❤ Good Work Fran ❤ . As you said and had a great point the price is super reasonable and gosh you can’t beat that in I wanna say Thailand perhaps ? 3.5mil for 114 Sqm is a joke and I wanna say stealing … good luck to the one who owns it and I also noticed the entire walls in every room were all tiled ? Which is amazing and I bet the owners spent well over 600k,700k to renovate it in guessing ? I also see there are still potential to make minor changes to make it even more attractive and prettier that what it is . I bet if you paint the building the price will be jacked up 30-50% right after that as still so cheap compare to 3.5mil in other areas for 35sqm . What’s the price of rent for this in case if someone wanna rent it ?? Thanks again for being so supportive ❤
