You want to jump start this economy? Write us a check for $100b instead of Ukraine. Distribute that across 1 million home buyers providing them the 20% down they need. Money goes directly to the banks. Which will save the banks 🫏 simultaneously, and throw more money in the air than in 2001 with the roll out of the toxic neg am and stated income loans. If the government doesn’t cover the 20% down, 1st time home buyers are priced out. They represent 1/3 of the housing market. Do the math. This is the best option. Put 1million 1st time home buyers in the position to buy a home, and watch this thing turn around immediately.

good evening madam I have a question for you if you allow, I am not from the United States that is why I ask this kind of question, I am thinking of moving to Charles Town from Virginia but what worries me is the care, the hospitals and the specialist doctors. if someone has health insurance from the state of West Virginia and who wants to be consulted by a specialist and since Charles Town does not have many specialists and the person cannot be treated in Virginia because of the high cost of consultations and treatment without insurance (the health insurance of West Virginia does not cover that of Virginia) is there a way to solve this problem? and thank you very much madam.

Every one of those things is a solid pro for me! Even the bugs. We live in Mississippi now. No chance WV bugs are bigger or worse than coastal Mississippi bugs. 😆😆😆 We were told that Mississippi was a terrible place to live, and is alway ranked in the bottom 10 states by the people who rate these things. Well, let me tell you, This is by far the best place we have lived in a lot of ways. I am convinced that the bottom 10 states must make the best people. ❤ I have vowed that I will aim to live in the one of the bottom 10 states for the rest of my life. To my immense delight, my husband has agreed that WV is doable for his future job in Silver Springs due to the MARC train line. We also used to live in very rural western NC, and the Shannondale area looks exactly like where we used to live. I can’t wait to embrace all of those things. And continue to live free, even though we are so close to commie DC. 😆😆😆

In the next few years we are likely to be taking a job in the DC area. We used to live in rural Buncombe co, western NC, he worked in Asheville. We are definitely looking at the Shannondale area. Love love love it! Thank you this was a very helpful video.

You need to consider the whole state before you criticize one area of our beautiful state. Saying, "the more west you get, the more rural you get," is not necessarily true. Tourism is big in WV and there are quite a bit of different opportunities that you wouldn't necessarily elsewhere. Different states offer different advantages. So research your facts before you live only 20 years in WV.

Don’t move to Martinsburg City PD is corrupt! The police are criminals! There’s a reason trafficking of all kinds has grown tremendously in a couple years! Drugs, children, guns.. you name it!!

I live in Jersey, outside Philly. thinking on relocating to WV and Harpers Ferry caught my eye. Im approaching retirement and feel its time to make a move. Im in the legal field and my son is a barber. Thoughts on Harpers Ferry? Oh and i lived in Nevis for a decade so small town in WV sounds great... I always say if you can make it in NJ, you can make it anywhere. 😊

A few of the western MD/Eastern WV counties are in the washington DC pay locality. I just got a promotion so I am keeping my eye out for somewhere out there, the problem is I want to live near a grocery store but don't want a brand new construction.
