After doing major research of my ancestors. I followed it all the way back to the 14th and 15th centuries. To the Family DeVernon, or later known as Vernon. During these centuries the family estate was known as Haddon Hall. With some parts of the house dating back to the 1200s. Currently my cousins the Manners live in it, and are restoring it.

Last time I was there we couldn't drink the water. Is it safe now?
Definitely do your research before drinking any local water. While locals may be used of the water, tourists may not be and it could cause discomfort. Personally, I try to still to bottler or filtered water! Thank you for watching!
