@nl9002 pcm gets shipped next week, then I have to send it to be unlocked. Already have the hp mpvi3, and paid my tuner. Then once I get the pcm back its good to be tuned. Then in about 6 months I will order my single turbo kit for the car, then I can finally put some decent power down.

@Kdubz_Auto_HVAC go watch the other video. I started at a lower rpm in this for the sound, it would have been much faster than this if I downshifted to the right gear. I can never post any sound clips not going full throttle without comments like these, shit is so old and annoying.

@michaellllll7923 new driveshaft, maybe a new differential, new motor mounts, completely new tune [not fun], new exhaust and headers, & just making sure everything fits good and works how it supposed to. There may be more things you need, but when doing swaps like these it's a lot of trial and error. I say make sure you have these things and give it a go.

@ElCuh- Yeah that's where I want to be. I plan to put a 426 stroker in mine eventually. Right now I need to get my tsp stage 3 boost cam. Then next summer I will install a single turbo, should be running around 520 whp on 5-7 pounds of boost. That's all I want to push on stock internals and stock transmission.

@Joshuabryabt-gf6sc it's the active exhaust fuse being removed that causes it. The headers would have probably threw a code anyways. I get my unlocked pcm next week and I have to send it out to be reflashed. Then I just pay my tuner and buy a laptop and mvii hp device and I'm good. So will probably be tuned in about 4 weeks, runs good without a tune though.

I have to send my pcm to get unlocked, the only reason this may seem lackluster is because this was uphill and its not tuned and running rich. Watch my other short where I'm on a flat surface, it's way faster than a stock r/t.

@macgee3231 you won't need the injectors until you get a cam, unless you get a flex fuel kit and run e85. I got hellcat injectors myself and I'm not going to put them on until I get ported heads, a cam, and a 3.800 crankshaft. But im not running e85 or I would use them sooner. Any particular long tubes you have your eye on?

@macgee3231 don't know what to tell you on that, it's hard to not have the road pirates on your a** lol. A cam should be fine, but you might have to get a quieter muffler to not get bothered

@Quuvvo it was just temporary, I got a good deal on them. Now I got the TSP 2" Long Tubes on and it sounds ludicrous, it sounds like a completely different car.

@tinytinytimyall those are with Texas speed 2" Long Tube Headers. Not tuned yet for the headers.

If you’re not tuned yet make sure you look into a good trans tune at the same time as your engine tune these cars shift way too early on stock trans tune and they’re detuned on the Rts although it’s the same trans as the scat pack

@andrewmoreno2000 yeah for sure bro. Most people that are "FBO" have about the same mods I do, just simple for titles. I do plan to switch my 392 headers for long tubes when I get my tsp stage 3 cam. All those other mods are for sure coming sooner than later as well as ported heads and a dual fuel pump system.

@itsa22pewpewstafford21 holy shit, I planned to get a bigger fuel pump but had no idea they made dual pump setups. This just opened all sorts of opportunities in my build. Once I get my heads ported and replace my current headers with long tube headers and a cam, this is the route I will go, I plan to get redeye injectors or maybe bigger

I'm not tuned yet but I got a good deal on them so I went ahead and bought them. It feels more responsive and just enhanced the sound a bit. It completely changed the sound of full throttle, if it was tuned it would be way faster. Even without a tune it gained at least 20-25 hp, I'm only going to tune this when I get my pcm with my long tube headers.
