I didn’t get a notification that anyone posted anything else either, but I’ve learned from posting that YT seems to auto-mod threads so maybe that is what happened? I love Storm too! I kind of like your idea. A temporary dash, or a double dash perhaps? Not opposed to her speed team passive to be at a higher velocity either...

Kind of agree, she could as she doesn't seem to have too many defenses. No heals/shields or dmg mitigation. Dashing could get her out of trouble - could also "rocket" her vertically to gain height quickly.
