realized that i relied too hearvily on church for so many things instead of GOd. expecting to find true friends and true love but eed to do some self reflection. seeking ocunsel, bettering cooking skills, changing up wardrobe and working on character are all importnat not just saying i believe in jesus is enough

This is my comment at the 3:17 mark, the lady speaking said the church didn't prepare her and church folks said that it is better to marry than to burn. Ok, let me say this, Paul said that in 1 Cor 7:9 so people saying that should unravel you and furthermore the text states that "but if they cannot contain themselves, they should go ahead and marry... Since she was a virgin then she was containing herself so rushing to marry wasn't a concern. It could have been later but at least she exhibit control. My real point is placing preparation on the church. The is being lean upon to provide answer and guidance in a whole of areas that I don't feel it is church's responsibility to do so. It is an added benefit and bonus if the church where a person attends has various ministries to address life issues. The church doesn't automatically come fully furnish to provide support to folks wanting buy a house, start a business, teach your kids about sex, drugs, crime prevention, marrying, divorce, bereavement, and many other concerns. The larger churches seek to address those areas of concern but it shouldn't be a knock against the church if it doesn't.

Shouldn’t be dating at all. That’s the problem with relationships today. Nothing sacred anymore. We had it right back in the days where families were involved In arranging marriages.

America is a whale to Barbados like a fly....so not much to compare . One thing i must say is Barbadians always dresses well. Looking back at our elders they were always well dressed..
