The fact that you and so many of you have to make videos about how Gurugram is better than Noida itself says a lot about Noida rising..stopping making these videos of Noida vs Gurugram if you think there is no competition..why so much obsession with Noida…In my opinion a Global city is one which has all the things from Infrastructure to public transport to good education facilities to good health care system to good water and drainage system and enough economy/job creations to support that…just because you have got so called few rich people hanging out only in one small part of city (like DLF golf course in Gurugram) doesnt make it a global city. Its funny that Gurugram is focusing on how much they are better than Noida whereas at Ieast I can see Noida Authority is focusing on how we can make this city a sustainable one

I live in Gurgaon... everything aside, the reason I cant live in Noida is purely subjective... I get a very strange negative vibe there, whereas I get a cleaner vibe in Gurgaon. My husband thinks am mad to think like that, but vibes are very real to me. Besides, if you are more westernised and prefer a more open-minded city, then Gurgaon is preferable to Noida. If you like more traditional places and value for money, Noida is the place to be. Noida is better for standalone houses I think than Gurgaon because infra might be better. But Gurgaon is definitely better for apartments with like-minded people with whom you wont face daily dramas like in some Noida societies. If you have pets, Gurgaon is definitely better, but older people I have noticed like the Noida ambience. Now my analysis is purely subjective, nothing objective in it and I cant justify with facts. But I dont think I am wrong.

Sitting in our ivory towers we wanna refuse to believe India is developing nation but matter of fact is WE ARE. 😅😅😅😅😅 what’s happening with camellias and dahlias is just insane because from 100 crore apartments they will still breathe smog, consume contaminated water and eat food full of pesticides but yes the rupee depreciating should be a fact checker like you mentioned.

I think the discussion should be able around: 1. Price parity (which you did cover) 2. Common city amenities and offerings like quality of air, water, parks, public transport, infrastructure, culture, safety and general standard of living for the poorer classes (these are metrics about developing vs developed and should be very important). 3. Demand vs price gouging With that in mind, I believe it is stupid that the price of real estate is so high in metros of India.

Hey guys, I am facing a dilemma in my life to whether join a corporate job or my family business. I like family business because, each activity that I do, I am able to equate that to profit earned. And that feeling of constantly earning is so exciting. I just don't get the same level of excitement in a job, when a salary is credited to your account at the end of month. You know, I feel that somehow the incentives in a job are not linked to the creativity or hard work I put in. Another thing is business gives me freedom. I am my own boss, I can take whatsoever steps necessary to improve the business. The same thing is not possible in a job. But only thing that is stopping me from fully committing to my family business is that somewhere I feel I might miss something in life if I don't do a corporate job.
