This test bench has been manufactured for the dynamic and functional testing of hydraulic pumps in closed and open loop. It is possible to carry out tests on single and double, piston, vane, gear or similar pumps, both right and left-handed and hydraulic motors. The machine carries out testing of the component and verifies that it meets the acceptability requirements of the repaired product, following the adjustments made by the operator. It also carries out customizable test cycles with combined pressure and speed ramps, within the limits of the bench's performance. The test bench is sized to test pumps with flow rates up to 700 l/min (185 USG) and pressures up to 450 bar (6.527 psi), within the limits of the 200 kW installed power of the electric servomotor. The test area is equipped with a universal support on which the unit under test will be mounted with the aid of an adaptation flange and blocked using manual fixing systems. The connection of the supply pipes and the electrical and auxiliary connections is carried out manually by the operator. The test bench measures flow rates, pressures, torque and speeds, calculating the volumetric, mechanical and total efficiency of the units under test.
