Thank you! I have 2 frozen shoulders. I saw that other video you mentioned, but what she was showing wasn't going to work for me. With your added stick I thought, "I can do this!". Please never be embarrassed about videos like this. It helps some of us be more independent and it helps others be more understanding.

What is the name of the hair band?

Thank you for this video. I have an aggressive form of Rheumatoid Arthritis and it’s caused me very limited movement. It’s taken years to get my hair back to a decent length that I’m happy with (much happier when it’s longer lol) I got a pixie cut yrs ago due to medication and it’s so much easier to manage and wash but I love my long hair! I’m very blessed that I have a great family and they will help tie my hair up when I see them. But this will give me the independence I need, tie my hair back everyday, like you I can’t reach the back of my head and also use a table to lift my arms up. Thank you so much for sharing this and giving me hope that I can get my hair out my face and tided up on my own!!

Thank you so much for this video! I am bawling my eyes out right now! I too have range of motion issues and have to find ways to make things work for myself, but I’ve always asked for help putting my hair up bc I can’t reach or I basically end up choking myself out bc it’s so hard. And since my cervical spinal fusion and cut my hair I’ve not been able to put it up so almost 2 years. I appreciate you so much for putting this out there for “US” / “ME”! Please don’t ever feel embarrassed or ashamed about who you are! You’re perfect and not alone! And if anyone ever gives you sh** or talks down to you fu** em, that’s their own insecurities and issues they are trying to feel better about! It has NOTHING TO DO W YOU! Without your decision to say fu** it I’m posting this video, I never would have found it, and you wouldn’t have been able to help me!
