POLTERGEIST levitation system
Переглядів 3,3 тис.15 років тому
poltergeist is my idea in levitation. there's no reels or electronic gimmicks. it's new hook up system. you can wear poltergeist on you days and nights , forget about it and when you want to use it, in a few seconds you are redy to perform your magic. after performance you are clean and still ready to use poltergeist again.

    The guy sitting at the Magician's left has appeared in innumerable Magic videos at this same position, always making the same silly expression of disbelief.This suggest to me that this entire audience is fake, a lot of professionals that were hired to aplaude a mediocre magician.

    Shut up train dude. Exposing magic is a bad thing. U can't just go around shouting out secrets. Just as directors make you pay to watch movies, magicians make you pay for secrets

  • @waycool09

    It's criminal to give the secret away. But the good news is that when you find out how it's done, it's so banal that it's forgotten immediately. And nobody that matters listens when it's told. Dai Vernon and his successors are what matters.

    @Deverestteam This is the L and L audience. L and L sell magic DVDs etc, so when they demo some magic, they pack the audience with stooges who are programmed to Ooooo, wow, no way, clap , and laugh their heads continuously. The black guy, David, is particularly annoying.

    2:40 he gets the cheese out of his pocket and loads it in the cup while they are watching the mouse appear again.

  • @PreservationEnthusiast
    @PreservationEnthusiast 13 років тому

    @JazzyMagician Yes there is a magnet in the top of the cup and a steel slug in the mouse. When he wants to mouse to appear he just bumps the cup down and it dislodges the mouse off the magnet.

    @geisaman There's so many different methods and possibilities that anything a layman does happen to learn will be forgotten in a few days, if he's not interested in studying magic. Even I've forgotten far more methods than I know now, but methods are just a small part. The presentation of the effect will provide all the entertainment. Don't worry about exposure. They said the internet would kill magic. Instead, it has enriched it and made it more popular, not only to study, but also to watch.

  • @PreservationEnthusiast
    @PreservationEnthusiast 14 років тому

    @geisaman No problem. Magic/secrets is like a religion for some people. So I get attacked by a few "old school" magicians here and there, but at the same time I get thanked by 100's of magic students for pointing things out. The best way to think of magic discussion threads/vids on the net is like a magic club. 95% of the people reading are magicians, and discussion of technique is bound to take place.

    • @MyITRcom
      @MyITRcom 6 років тому

  • @geisaman
    @geisaman 14 років тому

    @heelfan1234 Dude, I'm not going to argue with you anymore. If you're serious about magic and you want to understand the core of it all, then just think about what I'm going to write here. Magic is much much more than entertainment because when you reveal it, it becomes a puzzle. They should be dreaming about what you did. It is controling the elements, it's not tricks. The goal here is to get away from the it being viewed as a puzzle. I'm sorry for attacking you earlier. Just think about it.

  • @PreservationEnthusiast
    @PreservationEnthusiast 14 років тому

    @geisaman Are you actually a magician? The main rule in magic is that presentation is the secret of entertainment. Penn and Teller can reveal an effect and still entertain with it. Magic is about entertainment; it is a performing art. Secrets have nothing to do with anything. You've clearly shown your ignorance in a big way.

  • @geisaman
    @geisaman 14 років тому

    @benzuddhist Why don't you check your tone in your tone in your original comment. Then, if you have half a brain you'll understand my actions. I'm sticking to more word. You should grow a pair of balls and try to learn how magic is really done. And go eat some lasagna while you're at it.

  • @geisaman
    @geisaman 14 років тому

    @heelfan1234 The main rule in magic is not to tell the secret- everybody knows this. You're being disrespectful to David Regal and the art of magic. He works very hard for that and you leave ignorant comments take a shit on him. Who are you? Are you the teacher of magic? I didn't know this is a classroom. Face it, you're pathetic enough show your intellegents by telling everyone that you figured out a trick because you've been told that you're stupid your whole life.

  • @PreservationEnthusiast
    @PreservationEnthusiast 14 років тому

    @geisaman There's nothing wrong with explaining how it's done for interested people, I don't know what drugs you are on. This is what the comments section is for - comments on the video.

  • @benzuddhist
    @benzuddhist 14 років тому

    @geisaman Hi there Mr. Geisaman, you got me all wrong. David Regal is a great magician, it goes without saying. What I am refering to is, that looking from a European perspective, American audiences do seem to be much easier. If fact lots of American magicians have said the same thing. Dunno why but Europeans are much more cynical. I could never racially or nationally stereotype anyone, let alone magicians.

  • @geisaman
    @geisaman 14 років тому

    @benzuddhist you can't get any more wrong. There's bad magicians all around the world. It's not only Americans. It's victimization of conditioning that makes most magicians bad. I can also say that you're a victim of conditoning cause you're singling out Americans. Your ignorance bothers me.

  • @geisaman

    @heelfan1234 Don't be a hater. You're just saying that cause you can't even dream of matching this guy. His intelligence is inversely perpetual to your jealousy. You should have been taught some manners.

    2:44 he loads the cheese in, 3:26 he loads the bundle of mice, when the camera is off him and concentrating on the cheese. You can see the bundle of mice is already in as the cup doesn't sit straight on the table after 3:28. The other secret to this is there is a magnet in the cup & one of the mice has a steel shim to hold him in the top. When he bumps the cup down the mouse is dislodged. He has a duplicate mouse in his pocket. The black guy is really, really annoying... fake laughter etc.

      Can someone please ban you already, you're like the guy who gets a cheap thrill out of kicking down someones sand castle that they spent all day to build. I wish the guy that posted this would delete all your crap comments. If it was the routine you built and created then perhaps you have full rights to give it away, but this is not your property to give away.
