Bacterial infections are common but there are other parasitic and fungal causes of conjuctival irritation so i would suggest getting a vet to look at your chicken if the antibacterial drops doesnt work. The faster you get the diagnosis and treatment correct, the more healthy and live chickens you get.

I Use ground mealworks mixed with cheap chick crumbs the meal worms are more sustainable and are around 53% protein Insect protein will be used more in the future anyway as they are produced with less impact to the environment.

The absolute cruelty of humans knows no bounds. Since I discovered the cruelty these battery hens are subjected to, I have not bought a single egg from battery farms. I only buy free range chicken eggs. And I check all available sources that the producer does not make any false claims.
