Who would you email to be sure a hotel stay is ready for us? The person I was able to contact said they don't help set up the hotel service, only the tours. We were told to just go to the hotel service desk when we arrive.

This is why I'll fly with turkish airlines next time. I had a 15 hours layover in Doha with Qatar Airways, and because i was in economy class, i got nothing, not even lounge pass. Was soo disappointed to be honest 😢
