I moved to Vegas Aug 2020. My rent I believe started about 930 or so including water sewage and trash for 1bd/1bath. It creeped up each year a little bit then it jumped up an additional 100 to 1140 including water sewage and trash last year. Not sure if they were gonna raise again when my lease was expiring in May so started looking and found a 2bd/2bath for about 100 more. So rent is now 1240....water sewage trash is about 60+ dollars. Plus its 1010 square feet so its also much bigger. Every time I consider moving back to L.A. I look at the rents and say guess Ill be in Vegas for a while. Im on Flamingo about 1.7 miles from the Strip. Added bonus...Im in walking distance from most every place I shop.

I pay about 2 grand a month for a crappier apt in L.A county and they dont even give you a washer or dryer over here.

Saw it yesterday, good movie not very long though, only about 88 minutes.

Coming with the fellas for a wedding on the 4th a movie is not on our minds but with a femal yes I was wondering about that movie if it was trash or not but I will check it out thanks just asking are you off on the 4th

Looks like something I would do , I love walking trails. But scared of spiders, scorpions and snakes. Coyotes too. Please tell me you didn’t see any of those there. But all in all I would go there. Thanks for video

Been there last time I was in Vegas, I was staying at Downtown Summerlin, it’s only a short drive from there. Next time you go you should do the climb to the top, worth the climb for the view. But stick to the marked trail. Should be an easy climb for you, I’m guessing your fitness level is a lot better than mine. Although it was a pretty hot day, take plenty of water. Also hiking boots, lot of gravel and loose rocks, bit slippery especially on the way down. Enjoyed your video reminded me of my trip there. Beautiful place, so too is Red Rock Canyon not far away.

Hello from MICHIGAN 😊the cruise 🛳 was great I sailed with friends and family 10 of us total the Islands were Mahogany Bay,Costa Maya, and Cozumel Mexico for a week the ship's name is Carnival Jubilee it's a big ship but I'm coming to Vegas in July on the 4th to the 11th for my brother's friend's wedding plus I'll be job hunting as well to see what Vegas has to offer please keep doing videos it's nice to see you Enjoying your city take care ✌️
