    When doing initial Cell search , Ue does not know the SCS with which the Cell is deployed. So, how UE will SSB Blocks as its transmission in Time Domain depends on specific slots based on SCS. Whether UE need to capture samples twice with different symbol durations with SCS 15KHz and 30Khz separately to identify the SCS to proceed with further decoding of SSB?

    Coherence BW will of course have an effect on deciding your SC spacing. U want the SC spacing to be less than coherence BW to avoid ISI.

    Hi @Curious being As you have mentioned in the slide. if larger power budget techniques can be easily deployed in DL then why do we still have PAPR issue in DL.. I mean we can deploy those techniques in DL right...Could you please help to clarify this?

      Large Power budget comes with a side effects like ACLR and there are always some regulations on amount of power that can be transmitted, anyways PAPR is mostly concerning in UL

    If 15 kHz subcarrier = slot per subframe is 1 slot = 1 ms = 14 OFDM symbol, then 30 kHz subcarrier = slot per subframe is 2 slots = 1 ms = 28 OFDM symbol, and for 60 kHz subcarrier = slot per subframe, it is 4 slots = 1 ms = 56 OFDM symbol. Now, my question is this: 1. How much bandwidth contains in each slot, for 15 kHz, 30 kHz, and 60 kHz? 2. How much bandwidth contains in 1 OFDM symbol

    Hi, isn't it that the uplink involves communication link from base station while the downlink for the communication link towards the UE? in 01:30 I see the opposite being written on it.
