i love watching Grantz. Oh my gadddd!

nice idea but i try it can not make it
Hahahahah, are these guys on acid, floating apple flavoured balloons! Fuck it i wan't a floating apple flavoured balloon with apple dust. Done.
Fucking boss O_O i look up to this man, and heston blumenthal and mostly Gordon Ramsay.
Cracks me up that this is the same guy from St. Clair, MI that we used to ride 4 wheelers in the mud with.
Brian LaFrance my mother is his cousin, cindy achatz :)
im his son
This guy is a genius, amazing drive and vision! He bounced back from cancer to continue this work. Nothing pretentious...I suppose those who think he is are better off making twenty second vids of fallen over bike.... :s
Just watching his videos and listening to his explanations are inspiring. What I would do to work in his realm, trouble is I probably wouldn't cut the mustard. Something to shoot for I guess!!! Chef Grant your the man
@ Shaun Hamilton Thanx for replying.
I would give up my hearing to work with a mind as beautiful as this
can anyone tell me what kind of torch chef grant uses.
I can't remember offhand, but he mentioned which one in the Alinea cookbook. Probably a very very advanced one. Alot of the equipment he uses is short of military grade.
619chefstar666 In other videos I've seen him using this Vector torch: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CZH89I/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B001CZH89I&linkCode=as2&tag=besguipic-20&linkId=GB74URWI5VT3QB2Q
This type of food is great if you have $200-300 to spend on dinner. Other than that, these guys can go screw themselves.
American Proa then save those 200-300$ bucks!!! They have to charge for achieving that level of excellence with years and years of being sacrificing things, time with family, etc, at least the money they earn must worth that sacrifice, as in any kind of career
this is the worst poops ever
well said. I worked for Chef at Alinea and Next. Our food is art, it's also science, and also just telling a story
you really don't understand what its like to be a chef lol his mind is just unbelievable!
what a pretentious wanker
MrWalloooo He wouldn’t be one the best if he wasn’t...
well done pete! Jordan and I are going in about a half hour. cant wait!!! We'll talk about it the next time we see you guys. Take care!
Is this taken from a documentary? If so, when is this going to be released?
