In the valley, water has a way of sitting down there. Lay a bead of silicone around the sensor grommets, kinda make a dam and it wont happen again. I started typing this comment before i saw the whole video so you show exactly what i was about to say

For some more information I found these very difficult to get off with my truck. Some people on the forums and such have complained of corrosion causing it to be difficult to remove. If that’s the situation in your case one person recommended rocking the connector out. On my truck I found it was difficult with no corrosion, the reason mine were difficult is because that plastic pin needs to be pushed in ALL THE WAY for it to disconnect. Which is difficult to do with just your fingers, but doable.

Thought I was the only one with the ear issue. Haha. Thanks.

Funniest part of this whole video is he’s explaining how to put on the helmet the wrong way. You’re supposed to put your face in first and slide the helmet onto your head.

Is that front tab welded to the frame? Mine looks as if it should have something above the battery, but there’s nothing there for it to attach to.

i feel bad for that helmet

yo bro I saw someone use a deflated soccer ball to stretch out their brand new motorcycle helmets so what you do is you buy like a size 3 or size 4 soccer ball take out all the air and then reinflated with a bicycle pump inside the helmet and just add a little bit of air every day until it stretches out by little it only takes 24 to 48 hours of doing that and once you take out the soccer ball the helmet will be nice and broken in already and you won't have to get a headache inside the house by wearing it

So grab ahold of you’re straps then pull outwards stretching the foam insert where you’re ears pass and just pull your helmet down upon you’re head my friend very very easy solution

If anyone has trouble with that, I get my helmet on first then pull each side away from my head by the strap and can get my hand inside to flatten my ear.

I got a XXXL size head. Helmets fit much better if you put them on from the back of your head and pull the chin part down over your nose. If that makes sense.

Just wear a headsock, easily fixes all issues

Just push the straps out to sides of the helmet with your thumbs! Then you will never have this problem again.
