lol what was the context of the opening
The previous song they sang "Twistin The Night Away" and Jerome introduced as "The African American portion of the show." At the end of the song, Seggie then said "And that concludes . . . the African American portion of the show."

Charlie retired early last year. Freedom, the vocal percussion dude, joined the group starting with the Fall 2022 tour.
