Nice. Unlike other clickbait titles this is actually a hidden feature. It’s supposed to be dumb summon and I’m sure it said so for years. I’m not sure why they changed the text to say auto park. There’s no way it’s auto parking properly into a parking lot without you (and without “Unpark/Banish”) … you couldn’t try it in a parking lot and let it do its thing so you don’t need to interrupt it?😅

I just hit the 4 year mark and had to replace as well. Gonna try just replacing the base plate like some suggested to see if that works

Great video! Thanks. I had the same problem. Green, but won't charge. Went to RED in 1 sec of the plug in. Spoke with TESLA support. They have a 4 year warranty. I was at 1 wk over. It was failing earlier, but didn't have it on Wifi, so I didn't know. Live and learn. I was able to swap the front part of the new charge with the original charger base. It was the same gen and model. No issues. Again great video. Thanks

Your thumb look like it click something. It’s actually the pointing finger they should watch when clicking settings.

If it's a like for like swap, it looks like there are no electronics in the base plate, so you could probably just swap the front part of the charger itself in the future

From the Tesla manual as of 2024 for Mirror Auto Tilt: To adjust the auto-tilt position, make mirror adjustments with Model S shifted into Reverse. When you shift out of Reverse, mirrors tilt back to their normal (upward) position. But now that you have adjusted them for backing up, they automatically tilt to the selected downward position whenever you shift into Reverse.

You don’t have to pull the door handle. It’ll stop on its own when it gets to the spot.

I know your video is quite old and you might not see this, but I changed my handles, not the whole thing, only the little handle part and used your video to help myself. When I put the new one in, it doesn't work. It doesn't open, it feels like the magnet isn't strong enough. any tips?

What about oil or oil filter

You can use a refresh (2018+) Model S or Model S Plaid black Alcantara sunvisor. It fits perfectly on the Model 3 and only cost about 120€ used (around 300-350€ brand new from Tesla directly) :). Hope I could help out.

It would be a much better function if they would fold after parking. I like to back into my garage but the mirrors fold as I pull up so I have to unfold them before backing in. Also why don’t they make an option to automatically fold when the car is in Park regardless of location?
