We founded Ethiopia Education Initiatives (EEI) to provide world class educational opportunities for talented Ethiopian students and to help ignite positive change in education more broadly. Our first project is Haile-Manas Academy (HMA), a model school in and for Ethiopia, and the first of its kind.

Haile-Manas Academy's Elementary School Service Club in Action
Haile-Manas Academy's student-led service learning clubs have been active this year! The Elementary School service learning club developed a relationship with the nearby elementary school four years ago, and this spring a major project was the repair and rebuilding of the school’s playground equipment - swings, see-saws, and carousel.
