At-Home Devices For Menopause

Cooling mattress pads are a game-changer for managing night sweats and hot flashes, offering temperature regulation to promote deeper and more restorative sleep. These mattress pads work by dispersing cool water through tiny tubes in the mattress pad to maintain an optimal sleeping temperature, allowing midlife women to wake up feeling refreshed.     Why does she not recommend testosterone as part of pellet therapy?

      There is controversy over the use of testosterone pellets. While some women love the convenience, and how they feel, many women face serious side effects, such as very high levels of T which can cause serious side effects, such as their voice changing (deeper), enlarged clitoris, and hair loss.

    I don’t think that the carnivore diet is for everyone, but for some it is an effective tool to use short-term.

    Jill, I have very high B12, the less I take the higher it goes. I had micronutrient testing and my serum B12 is1933 and my WBC B12 is 3.63, I have been ill for a long time, I have tried everything...I am considering having my root caals removed. I have found no one who wants to address my issues because they are not common. In other words they don't feel like working so hard for one person.
