Thank you. I had a pet squirrel as a little girl. I was her mommy. I fed her with a doll bottle and her eyes weren't open so when her eyes opened she thought I was her mother. What a wonderful memory for me.

i saw a product on another video called "happy hoodie" that's supposed to help dogs who are afraid of loud noises!! i bought one for my pup for next year, she gets the same way as trixie. 🥺 i hope she's okay, fireworks can be so stressful!! ❤❤

This is not a criticism of you in any way. This is exactly why you have to completely ignore leash laws when your dog is a puppy. It's what I do, and I never have a problem with my dogs trying to run off, or get far away from me. All they know is that throughout their whole lives they have chosen to stay close to me, so that doesn't suddenly change when I take the leash off, after being forced to put one on. I definitely still try to never use a leash throughout his entire life. He's my buddy, not my slave. I get that you can't always think about it that way, or you'll have a terrible dog, but I make it work pretty good.
That is a touchy subject about leashes on dogs. Trixie is my service dog and has been for almost six and a half years. I took the leash off of her for a few minutes there to run through the water. My oldest son's dog was killed by a big dog just by running out the door at his apartment and a big dog viciously attacked him and him a toy yorkie. He didn't stop attacking until the little dog went limp. We can't stop everything bad from happening this is true. Trixie is a trained service dog but she is allowed time to play. We each have to do what we feel is best for our companions. Thank you for the comment take care of yourself and your furry babies.
