How much was first service cost?

Hi bro, I just recently bought the speed 400 and rode for 600 kms till now. So far so good, recently I went for a short highway ride and the small bumps in the highway, when going at a speed of 100 kmph, throws the rider from the seat. Like, the rebound damping in the rear suspension is very less (ride feels bouncy). But with a pillion, the suspension is good. (FYI, my weight is 82 KG) Can you share your experience/ feedback on this? Thanks.
personally i find the suspension soft but never bouncy i feel like your suspension is bottoming out try a harder pre load if it doesnt reslove take it to service center as its not normal
haha I remember this one time when I had got my new bike and went on my first night ride with it, it was almost sunrise around 5 in the morning, it started to rain so I stopped near a bus stop somewhere between kovalam and Mahabs. When the rain stopped, I went on to continue the ride, I sat on the bike, started it and when switched to 1st gear, the engine turned off lol, I repeated it for 5 to 6 times. This feature was very new to me at that time, I did got to know about it when I bought it but still I forgot. I seriously thought something was wrong with the bike, then there was this one guy in the bus stop (he was the only one there, thankfully) who said to me that my side stand was on, my dumbass still could not understand it lol, then he told me about the feature, and then I was like yeeeeeaaaah ya ya thank you. Man I was so embarrassed lol
it really ruins the flow state of the ride xD glad i am not alone in this xD
Nala pov ride bro ....i recently purchased scrambler .... lets ride??
Firstly congratulation on the bike, a word of advice. Please be a bit gentle with the throttle on these busy streets, you never know what will leap out at the next turn. Be safe, keep riding!
thank you for your kind words <3
were the kia passenengers travelling with u?
Mileage both city and highway?
@@AbdulAziz05071 never cared about mileage that much but min i got was 24 max 32
Is it stock??
yes its wildly loud for the rider and people nearby
Maza agaya dekh kar. It felt like I am driving....
Thank you that was my video goal <3
haan yaar power first time feels scary. Kitne me pada ye wala?
Brother What was your waiting period??
lucky to have waited just 1 month usually takes 6 months or more
beauty
how do you deal with all of that wind blast?. My core muscles get strained a lot quicker when I try to sit at higher speeds for long durations on my scrambler 400X.
fully suited up never tired me but i cant last 5 min without suit xD
@@hyakinthos_0902 I haven't bought a proper riding gear yet. From your experience, having geared up won't hurt. Thanks for your response!.
Was it scraping speed breakers in a few instances?
yup right on the catalytic converter :(
@@hyakinthos_0902 ouch that sucks…I feel your pain. I’m surprised as I thought the ground clearance was 165mm according to what I saw online. Which isn’t too bad if accurate. Great bike otherwise.
Bro Is their any heating issue while riding in city
Never felt it with gear on but I drove it once with trousers to fuel up and let me tell you the experience was not at all pleasant
Can you really cruise comfortably on it at 120 kmph?
yes I can
Hi bro, nice vid. can you pls tell me what is the camera (insta 360?) and mic setup that you are using to capture this pov?
DJI action 3 With a foam around it although iam experimenting with dedicated mic now thank you for the compliment 😃
Bro swapped his silver ice model to cosmic yellow 😜
silver ice is test drive bike bro :)
The bar end mirror that you are using is fitted by the company or is it from after market fitting?... can I get the link of those bar end mirrors
comes stock mate from showroom as standard for RS models
any problems with your auto-blip/quick-shifter?
i get false neutrals sometimes between 1 and 2 even though i push the lever all the way up a problem highlighted by some reviewers too otherwise its smooth this happens only on low engine load scenario though never had shifting issues at high engine loads
Yes even I experienced this @@hyakinthos_0902
Which mobile holder is that? I need one too
gifted by my friend it is on amazon though
Its clearly written over there. Zoom in and see
bro agar raw sound asmr video karna hi hai to thoda city ke bahar jao, wha pe better out put milega, thoda bike ko redline bhi kar paoge

I enjoyed your friend's video. I'm riding 765R in Korea, too. The sound is clean, so please tell me how to set the microphone😅
keyword to search in Ebay """Windshield Noise Reduction Sponge Protective Case Cover for DJI OSMO Action 3 d""" this one didnt work well for action 4 though :(
batman 🦇
It's very relaxing and exciting at the same time
Thank you 😇
That front license plate holder seriously messes up the bike's looks. I am not sure what a viable replacement for that would be. Damn our country's homologation laws.
I already have the mount kit just little afraid to install now as in have to remove ram air intake Search for bikers billet number plate mount for Triumph 765rs in Amazon It tucks in nicely under the headlight and it is not too intrusive as now front number plate for bikes has to go for our country
@@hyakinthos_0902 Yeah. I know about that but I was afraid the suspension travel would impact it to the front mudguard.
@@nitinravi8400 there is a simple trick just mount that inverted it will tuck well inside/under the headlight it will hide the number plate too xD thanks to a insta user i am just awaiting confidence to swap the plate top to bottom now
Idk about the street tripple but the plate of a ducati scrambler I have rn can be placed right under the headlight.
Big fan bro xd
❤❤❤
How can you enjoy a mid-weight bike in those tight streets 😟
tbh its not xD there is only few roads in our city where i can unleash its full potential. its surprisingly more tractable than my duke 390 though xD
Does your speed 400 have that mechanical/metal clanking sound at 4000/4500+ RPM? Is it normal because mine has it from the delivery day, exactly how yours sound!
iam not exactly sure what you are mentioning but what i can say is engine does sound unhappy after 5000rpm. its like i feel like that engine grunt and clanking sound feels disconnected if that makes sense
@@hyakinthos_0902 yeah, that clanking sound is what I meant! It's just so annoying.
@@dtovio3516 1st batch problems :(
@@hyakinthos_0902 yeah guess so
Is it beginner friendly? For someone transitioning from scooters? (I’m 24, 5’7, 65kgs and ride safely and maturely)
Yeup initial torque might be a little suprise but you should get used to it quickly
One of the best handling in this segment , best suspension for Indian roads, fairly light and is quick
If beginner go for 200cc that gives you confidence and make you perfect at handling your clutch moment at slow speeds. 400cc is not that bad but yeah it’s bit dangerous
USING MAX LENS
I am, using stock lens but shot in 10 bit hdr raw
Awesome vishal bro 🫡
What speed were you riding at here? Was it ok at this speed for long distance?
100-130 above this bike feels buzzy and unpleasant ( dont know if they have fixed it now coz so much has changed since my friend bought this) but bike can easily go 160 for long distance this bike is pure bliss(on tarmac) seats are like sofa suspension is plush and because the speeds are at only 100-130 wind blast is a non issue when wearing a suit. if you have little more budget to spend scrambler is a better bike than this for touring suspension travel will help when roads get offroady
@@hyakinthos_0902 Thanks. I'm expecting delivery of my Speed 400 in about 2 weeks, haven't even test ridden one yet, so was curious about it's max cruising speed. 130 kph or 80 mph is fine here in the UK though and seems acceleration is good. I might try a smaller rear sprocket if the buzz is intrusive though. For the money this bike is brilliant, I have bigger bikes too but I wanted something for casual, spontaneous trips with better economy, and this seemed perfect. The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 also interested me but it is just really underpowered, 50 to 55 mph is hopeless here if riding in traffic. The speed 400 and scrambler 400 are just sold out here until October, so it's massively popular.
Camera mattum than undhu. Ootarthu naan 😅😅😅😅😅
yes sir yes sir
i am 5.5 will this bike be big for me
i am 5.6. You will be slightly tip-toeing. The bike is light, which is of great advantage.
It's a Philippine made fan
one should know never to turn off the bike by using the killswitch just dumb
Then why it is there?
?????
these kid ridders should be banned from yt
@@gajendran_aev he needs a electronics degree to answer your question 👀
yeah ikr pretty dumb everyone should just dump the clutch and stall their rides when stopping people don't understand basic things and make videos on YT /s

Bro which triump were you riding ?
street triple 765 RS
I have the same model but sad thing is that it's leaking oil from somewhere near the gearbox . I immediately filmed the scene and sent it to one of the employee of triumph osl , and their response was it's nothing but excessive chain lube dripping off .
@@SubhoJeet-zg1pg it happens all the time unfortunately if you are smelling rancid near the bike then its definitely leaking oil engine oils are made aromatic to detect leaks and if it is within warranty you will be served well i promise
@@hyakinthos_0902 and the worst part is they were aware of the situation because the bike was there in the showroom for more than 30 days , but all those people never bothered to let me know. And upon all they made me believe they inspected the bike ,the bike is all good and it's ready for delivery .
@@SubhoJeet-zg1pg bro i have also the same bike in yellow colour and i m also from kolkata, my bike was the first RS of kolkata, bought from OSL triumph vip road last December and sad to hear there is oil leak from ur bike, hope it get fix soon.
Always keep two fingers on the brake lever and don't press clutch unless you're coming to a complete stop. Let engine braking do it's thing.
Also, you don't need to rev match. RS has an auto-blipper.
@@subhamrajteotia6828 but rev matching is fun 👀 i was experimenting i will keep in mind to have my hand on brakes next time :)
@@hyakinthos_0902 Nothing wrong in rev-matching at all. Even MotoGP bikes have an autoblipper yet the riders use the clutch while downshifting all the time. It gives you better control of the deccelration. If anything being good at low-rpm rev matching makes you more precise while doing it at high RPMs.
@@sri1602 exactly why i tried toirev match at low RPM even if it means failing it
Bro youre rev matching from 2nd to first on such low rpm 😅
is that a good thing 👀
No @@hyakinthos_0902
@@hyakinthos_0902 absolutely not xd
