@@DorfyBoi this video does not have black bars at top of bottom as these lens anamorphic aspect ratio producers About 2:71 crop. This video have NO bars. Has to be cropped in . This is almost a full 16:9 image . It must be zoomed in .

There is a lot of vignetting in Full Frame mode. I filmed on an S5. lens is designed for APS-C/Super35 senor, though you can squeeze a few extra mm out of it shooting in full frame and doing a custom crop. I used a preset from another filmmaker for the conversion. I should've showed how it looks full frame raw. This guy I think includes raw sample footage so you can check it out yourself! @@kurtdoerfel7620 thank you very much. I'm about to get one of this lens (Deciding between the 27 and 35mm) to use with a Lumix S5 too. And this seems to be (for me in Brazil) the cheaper anamorphic option easily available for this mount (L). It seems to be a decent lens. What about you? Are you liking this lens on your S5? The footage is great!

@@BrunoVilelaIS dude I love it!! I haven't been able to get much use out of the 35 and 50.. I think if I could choose two of them to own, it'd be the 27 and so something way more zoomed like a 100mm or something!! The 27, 35, and 50 all look a little too similar to me.. idk. The 27 is sick tho! Lots of fun to use

You can balance the roll and tilt axis pretty easily. The pan axis doesn't balance perfectly but I haven't noticed it hindering the gimbals ability

@@burnerman2052 no, I just don't tilt the gimbals beyond the eye piece limit. I usually use it in F mode.

@@burnerman2052 oh, and the eye piece on the s5 isn't supposed to come off, so I don't recommend trying to rip it off!

@@burnerman2052 also, the gimbal doesn't seem to be completely level all of the time. I usually leave the menu open for fine tuning and adjust the roll axis accordingly

I use it in F and POV mode. It def wouldn't work in vertical mode or anything too fancy. Eye piece gets in the way and remote doesn't work. The thing handles the weight of my setup great though. I use the standard mounting plate that comes with the thing.

Thanks i see someone saying this ... Dude is was happy to pick up. M3 does handle well any same weight of ps S5 prime lense , but the eyefinder gets in the way fk annoying trying to balance despite i had 3 gimbals in my life. So i remember having moza 1 and everybody saying that cant handle gh5+sigma 18-35. (yes it was due to size but not the weight) And there is the trick of buying gimbal counter weight. I already have 3 counterweigt (that you screw on a 1/4 pin) but on M3 there is no 1/4 pin anywhere i mean on the gimbal (not on the handheld) so you have to use a thing 'small attachment " that you put on the part of gimbal. Ive got it but it still too big for the gimbal (since its tinier) so i've just ordered a counterweight made for the zhiyun (phone gimbal) 13$ so i think i can advance the camera on the axis and make it not touch the bar. i let you know

I don't use any of the remote features, manually start and stop recordings, it's not so bad

I don't think it'll work with the camera rotated by the motors. I think you could maybe rig something up with a vertical mount possibly. Or by holding the gimbal sideways

No. I didn't know much about these setups when I shot this! they make another GX85 type camera with no stabilizer. I'd be interested to try that on one of these!

No, but the laowa 15mm lens is really heavy so I think it'd handle the 20-60 just fine. It's a little difficult to get it balanced for the first time but it works great so far.

I've been using it for my last few weddings and it's been working pretty good. My only complaint is the POV mode is too sensitive to roll and I don't think there is a way to change a lot of the rates.. maybe with an app but not a ton of customization in the gimbal itself.
