A lil update on my plan for this year

Started practicing the tech in to speed through honour mode, but that didn't work. It was still fun so I figured I'd squirt out a run and see how I compare to those in the know. 7:58.49 LRT (Give or take a second, I'm not an experienced runner so my timing on splits is rough)
