I like the idea of Arthur inspiring other joker's in the first movie, after Arthur killed the tonight show host he looked in the camera similar to heath ledger's joker, but I'm not a fan of this guy being the same joker as heath ledger's joker, because in the dark Knight Batman say's this guy again referencing the joker, heath ledger's joker could be just another copy cat, setting different versions of the joker, different actors, different styles, mainly because heath ledger's joker is iconic, and he passed they shouldn't do anything to retcon his version just an homage to him.

I always thought the first one was majorly overrated. This version of Joker blows and always has.

I absolutely despise both of those movies, and I didn't even watch Folie a Deux.. The two Joker movies are both trash and a complete waste of time as far as I'm concerned.

Both of those movies absolutely SUCKED A$$ AND SWOLLOWED.

So true the show really showed how those monsters are more human than those humans are true monsters from nazis, Mad Scientists, Red Necks, dirty cops, Mob Bosses, and Evil princess

This is an overall terrible movie that's outside the DC universe

The 1st film made it pretty clear he wasn't the "real joker". An interesting story perhaps, but Arthur Fleck clearly lacked the intellect to even remotely challenge Batman; much less be any manner of criminal mastermind.

The only thing I dislike about the show is the fact the Nina was a blatant sacrificial Lamb (did actually nothing but die to improve a different character) and the whole stupid Prophecy that claimed discount DR Doom could do what The Light (Literally an alliance of the most compantant Earthling super villeins) and Darkseid (A Whole ass God who has Solo-ed the JJL multiple times, always only losing because of either technicalities or by functional Deus Ex Machinas) and actually kill the JL..... with a army in Discount Ironman suits that are still vulnerable to bullets.

I’d say the future of dc looks bright but I can’t shake the feeling that WB and David Saslav will do everything they can to ruin whatever James Gunn creates. Season two needs to have the mummy bring Nina back to life and Erin make an army of mercenaries to invade the prison so he can get Bride. We still don’t know what Bride did to get thrown into jail

I love the possibility of Nina coming back. That "mummy" has the ability to revive her to some capacity.

I sat through pt 1 and I understood it but I have no intention to watch pt 2. And this explanation of the ending just puts me off on ever watching it.

Joker never left Arkham. All of that had played out in his head from the starting point of when Harley look at him to when he got the phone call was all playing out in his head.

that can’t be Heath’s Joker because it’s a different Alfred and a different Thomas and Martha. Also, Two Face didn’t burn his face until later.

The fact it took y’all this long to figure this out is crazy not knowing Arthur Fleck was never the jokers name it’s jack Napier he was always meant to be the inspiration and they ruined it with the musical 🤷🏾‍♂️

The fact that the movie was made at all left me baffled.

I thought it was a good ending with the new joker looks younger and stronger and crazier to face off with the pattison batman.. ..tio many universes now with these batmans and james gunn so this new joker is perfect for pattisons batman..

Joaquin Phoenix as an actor did a great job, BUT, this version of the Joker SUUUCKS no matter how you explain it. ... That being said I probably still would watch part 3 of this version,,, when it streams for free. I never would pay a cent for it.

The 2nd Joker movie was a pile of sht compared to the first. I don't understand why they had to make it a musical, just so they can have Lady Gaga in it. Why does WB feel that they have to keep changing the storyline too. Warner Bros should be ashamed for what they are doing to the comic book movies

No! This joker isn't close to anything comic book joker.

I still hate this "Joker" story. It was just a worse version of the one from Gotham draped over a social commentary story and self-reflection/self-worth story that was shoehorned into the DC universe trick fans into seeing it. The way it ends makes me hate it even more. Especially since Gotham couldn't use the name Joker or hair because of these movies. You know when you think about it that's the real joke.

none of that could be possible because the time line doesnt really add up on the heath ledger joker he would be an old man close to his 50s or late 40s when the dark knight takes place. and the dark knight joker u could see is man in his late to 20 to early 30s
