Have you ever struggled with finding the right camera bag? Do you feel like they are too heavy and ugly? This is an option for a super lightweight bag that I converted into a camera bag. I think this is a great option for people with smaller cameras and smaller lenses who only need to carry the most basic gear. Your back will thank you. Zeiss Sonnar 24mm and Sony A6500 in action.

I wanted to film Dragon Lights in Chicago so I rented a Sony camera and a lens and I was blown away with the performance of the Carl Zeiss Sonnar® T* E 24 mm lens. This lens carries a super accurate reproduction of the color black. Its great for night time photography. I paired it with the Sony A6500. Just a few minutes of that insipid music in the background is enough to make me turn this off. I don’t want to associate the product with the awful experience of that sound. Nobody needs music behind the speech.
Nice work. Plenty of great ideas to play with as I just bought one of these neat little pocket tripods. Thank you. How are you getting along with yours two years along now? Cheers!
Great review, ive been wanting to pick one up.
so many design elements of this bag are genius. ive just placed my order.
The best review Thanks alot
The web site doesn’t say anything about water resistance though.
expensive for a card.
💥Great video., thank you. I’m quite upset that I lost my original version of the leash that I bought in 2018. This new design is not as sleek and the adjustable buckles are so much bigger. I hope that I’m going to be ok with this new one. The original was perfect with my Sony RX10 and I use the Slide with my Nikon D750
Seems like a lot of people might be buying this. Need to buy it through an affiliate link via your channel so you get the $ love.
Thanks for this content. I, like you, saw this product in an advert on IG. Looked great but it’s suppose to. Immediately went looking for more info. Your video popped up. Couldn’t be more happier with your work. You did fantastic. Love all this info. Makes me a tad worried if it feels a little flimsy-like when twisting and snapping. I’d like to think the designers acknowledged this aspect yet are confident in the design stability. Fingers crossed 🤞. On a side note *** Not sure if this is a real thing or not but I heard UA-camrs don’t get paid as much if viewers quickly skip through the commercials. I assumed it might be true so watched all the commercials on your video just so you get the due you’re owed. Just appreciated this detailed review so much. Very thorough. Detailed. The case’s fits, the feel, the wallet slot claim, the packaging, the utility of use in real world, and yes. Damn that tree. Sucky climbing tree that was. Needs to go back to how-to-grow-into-a-tree climbing-tree class. Just saying Point being: keep it up! Thank you. Happy shooting. (PS. Should drop in your IG if you shoot a lot. I find this bag is so awesome when you showcased its versatility. Thanks for the review, it has been helpful
Great Video, very easy voice to listen to and very great video showing everything i need to know without reading i loved it
wonderful video, thank you :D
Be careful and do not expect too much of this gadget. I bought it and was very disappointed. My Otter case for my Samsung G9 is too big for the tripod. It is also not very steady on a non flat surface compared to a real 3-legged tripod. I was sorry that I bought it.
Ay Auto shop has a Allen wrenches
This was a really sensible review, thanks! I thought I could share some useful feedback, as I've been an user of the anchor connectors for quiet some time. They absolutely do not break, and they haven't deteriorated noticibly in about 3 years. I put them on my EOS R with a Canon 24-105mm 3.5 with the adaptor ring, which made the lenses even larger, and they've stayed supporting that weight every time I used my camera since then. Thing is I don't even have the specific anchor mount, I put it on my standard camera shoe and always carried it in the sling position for this long with no problems. So their only downside isn't even relevant, the anchor mount is just an extra. They will attach to almost any camera or strap, even the one that comes by default. This product separetely is what you are looking for if you already like the material and design of your strap. However, the leash and the other peak design straps are so well designed, convenient and reliable I wouldn't keep looking anywhere else if you really wanted a new one. The price is completely worth it.
Thanks for this! I've been eyeing this bag exactly for photography reasons! I'm considering it as my everyday camera bag that'll also be my personal item bag for when I travel. But it might be a bit too big for a personal item. I'm not sure.
This was a very thoughtful and complete review. Thank you!
good review. any other insert suggestions - would be helpful, thanks
Lovely video and review
Awesome video! I will not be making a piñata, but I do feel like I joined you through your journey. Haha. If you're taking requests: more photography videos!
Just received a PD Slide Lite, wish I had bought the same one as you, the slide lite is just too big, and too long, not impressed.
Whats the obsession of putting the strap in your pocket? Not a fan of the nylon material used but the anchor system is a great idea...
Personally I think it’s just a phone stand. And the only thing that is special about it is card size that’s it.
Thanks for this review, looks like a cool product!
Which ape case is it? The 37
I've done away with mine, as unpractically posh.
Posh: boxed as if it were a valuable necklace.
Great very thourough review! Thank you.
You have soothing voice and great review
Thank you for this, exactly what I was looking for. Needed to know if my Sony a6400 would fit while also having laptop and other items in it.
Great review. There was one thing missing. When the tripod is separated into 2 pieces, it is tricky to reattach the 2 parts. It doesn’t snap back together easily. You have to place the pin at 90 degrees against the slot and it should slide in easily. But if you fiddle around trying to snap in, the 2 pieces will not go back together. The manufacturer’s instructions do not tell you it has to be put back the way you took it apart, just how to separate.
Awesome, thanks!
Nice review, thank you. But t sounds like this is your first tripod. You said "i don't know why this is called a quick release plate" and right after you quickly slide out the plate with the blue button.... You just answered your own question. The reason the plate can slide in the head is to balance your camera. Loosen the tilt resistance and if the camera leans forward, you slide backwards on the plate. This way you don't have to fight the weight when making a tiltshot while filming. A well balance camera on your tripod works so much nicer. There is NO design fault with the locking knob. I have not seen this head, but i can assure you Benro did not make a mistake here. If you pull the knob outwards, it releases itself from the screwing-mech on the inside. This way you can position the knob precisely in the right spot for locking and releasing the plate. So the buying of a second release system was not necessary. And if you do that, please buy the right one or at least mount it properly because how you mounted this one was just bad. The release knob of that one should never be on the front and crooked space between the two plates is asking for problems. How level is that? Good luck
There are no flaws in the design, it fits any type of camera bodysuit, wide or not. It happened to me when I started on video and I thought I should buy another tripod. I was the problem .
Because of this review, I decided to buy the tripod. Well done!
great review. can i guess, you're from some midwestern state. ohio? illinois? indiana? michigan?..
Haha. Yes. Do i have an accent?
@@themidniteedit8146 yup. I noticed the typical "cot-caught" merger in your pronunciation, it was subtle but there. An example of a similar accent to yours is the guy who does Daily Dose of Internet.
Very thorough review! Thank you!
There are so many types of camera straps! I also bought one. I am very satisfied. I'm addicted to watching UA-cam before buying anything lol. With love from Japan :)
Amazing review! Highly informative which saves us potential buyers alot of trouble. Once hesitate, now I'm more than likely to pick this cool gadget up. Keep up the great content. You've earned a new subscriber. 👍👍👍👍
I couldn't find Kyocera on there search bar they have on there website
Great review, the pocket on the back for luggage is usually called a "Slip Pocket" for wheeled bags etc.
thanks for the info :)
Did you think it’s working with an iPhone 12 mini with his case ?
IPhone 12 mini is listed on the website to work with or without a case. You just have to pick the right adapters.
@@themidniteedit8146 Ok thank you !
I really enjoyed this video. I am going to modify it to fit my needs. Resolving some of the Eye level issues when there is hardly anything around to prop it on. Great content with real life scenarios.
Thanks for this.
Great video. I was just wondering if in portrait or vertical placement of your phone, does it not tip over?
So far, I can't say that I've had issues with it tipping over.
💥✨💥 11:18 “I blame it on the tree”...!! 🤣🤣 This is such a great review. So well explained in such great detail and I could listen to that voice all day. 🎯
Thank you so much for the amazing review. So relaxing to watch and super in-depth! We enjoyed every minute. ❤️
$40? Oh hell naw.
Thank you for this great review. Personally I feel is to much work it might be an excellent engineer piece but wouldn't beat a 4.95 small stand with the same angle variations in done just 1 second also credit card size 100% stadier. I love tech stuff but this tripod is not convinied at all.
What product are you speaking of exactly? One of the traits I’m drawn to is the slide-it-in-my-wallet option. You say there is another $5 product that also does this? What might it be?
