I'm torn whether to put Cashmere & Corduroy in my club again. I absolutely love the scent, but I get such light performance from it. I have Hazelnut Latte clubbed. I like that one a lot. I wish the fragrance mists would come back. I use the Shimmer body mist on my sheets.

Great scents! Sotm definitely smells like yellow starburst or skittles. I love it! I think I love it more than some of my club lemon bars. But I have to decide that for sure 🫣 I need to edit my club down a lot, but haven’t gotten to the point where it will be this small. Good job!

Hi Ashley, good info about the Scentsy air purifier and humidifier. I am planning on doing the big purchase of the Scentsy air purifier and we also use our humidifier in the winter months. Also, I just broke out an old bar of Accorn & Oak and I didn't think I would like it and it transformed into a great scent when I warmed it. 😊

I'm in club testing mode. I have a massive club scheduled for the end of the month and there's a lot that got tossed in just to try. I'm warming 3-4 scents in different areas every other day and trying to cut at least one. Today there are 2 getting the boot! Little wins cuz the struggle is real lol 🙃

I finally tried the Perfect Christmas this year - but more for the packaging than anything! It goes perfect with my decor. It’s not my favorite scent, but it’s not off-putting for me. I burned it 2-3 times and I’ll save the next rest for next year, since it matches. I finally lit my Tree Farm candle too this year. I let myself do Christmas through January, which is a good thing because I have like 8 half empty tree scent bars out right now and I need to get through at least some of them! The verdict is out for me with whipped frosting. It smells way too milky on cold, but when I had it on the other day - with Gingerbread Hugs and Goody Goody Gumdrop- something kept pulling me in, and I think it was the frosting. So for now I’ll keep a bar in my club…..but I’m leaning toward sticking with VBB and Sugar Cookie. But!! Good frosting scents are hard to come by with Scentsy, so I don’t want to act in haste!

I started the BBMB conversation on Patricia's live - that was my question she read lol. And it's not that I have anything against Snuggle Up - it's great. But where's Pacific Sandalwood that everyone has been begging for for years now! I was very glad to see quite a few LTO scents in this new round of BBMB voting. But still no PS 🤦🏼‍♀️

I had all of the bars from the Catching Zzzzzs in my club for at least a bit. Snuggle Up was the last one out. I still have Shut Eye in there.

I if I could only warm one bar it would be Vanilla barn wood. It’s my favorite and I get so many compliments from people that come in my home.

I liked The perfect Christmas but only had 2 candles from years ago that I finished. I had a dupe from SGA, melted it this month and it smelled weird. Not the same as earlier candles I’ve had. My daughter came in the room and said she could smell faint grape candies.

Whipped frosting went right into my club…three bars 😂 It’s sooo good! I mixed baked apple pie and glazed almond dreams, one to one in alternating warmers, it was delightful! I might add sugar cookie or whipped frosting to the mix when I do this combo next. The Perfect Christmas in the wallflower kept giving off this really weird smell, I can’t put my finger on it but after giving it a couple of weeks to sort itself out, I decided to throw it in the trash today….it definitely never got any better and deserved a spot amongst the cat puke I also tossed out bright and early this morning 🙄 Darn cats LOL

First of all, you’ve got a super chic Elle Woods look going on, and I’m here for it. I kept candle day small - 2 of my 6 candles my mom picked out. I’m trying to get through a few more Christmas candles in January- we keep Christmas up for quite a while- but by the end of the month, I’ll be ready for lemon and slightly more fresh scents. I’m going to try to finish off 8 candles, but that’s a random number, so wish me luck. 😉

The smell of wet earth after the rain is called Petrichor. I love the petrichor smell. The small candle company Alatreyu has the best, most realistic petrichor candle. It's a cool company. The owner of the company wants all to be able to enjoy candles so while the actual price is $28 for a candle, you pick how much you can afford to pay, down to $18. Those who choose to can also pay over $28 to help cover the loss of those who can only pay less. It's a very cool business concept. They also offer a sample set of all their scents for $4. You can smell all the scents before buying, and you get a $4 coupon to get your money back if you end up buying.

lol you’re over the winter scents and winter has barely gotten started where I live. 😂 it’s 65° today and I only for my Christmas tree up the day before Christmas Eve, so I’m leaving my Christmas decor up through most of January. 😂 Winter here is generally January and February and that’s it.

Some reviews say the Emily in Paris macaroon scent is not long lasting at all! But everyone has different noses but just a warning ( edit: in body care)

Thank you for this video and reasonings. I definitely have been thinking about this for sometime as well and get overwhelmed and either want to get rid of them all or do nothing about it and hope it passes (which I know is not that great to do). I have come to realize the same thoughts as you; does it perform as well as I hoped, can I get this scent somewhere else if I want to, would I be sad if I didn't have that scent anymore even though I hardly warm it, even I have enough of a stockpile that would last me but I can't get rid of it for some unknown reason. I fear I am getting to the point of you and needing to seriously decrease my number coming in when I am not using up that amount in the slightest. This video was very mindful and gave me some help in processing how I go forward with my own club. I agree with you one your decisions about your club and think they are very wise and reasonable, do what is best for you and the others don't matter.

Can definitely relate to this video! I recently took four out of my club and I would like to take out an additional seven To get my total number of bars down to 18. The struggle and stress is real, I’m going to do exactly what you did and create a spreadsheet so I can visually see what I have in different categories and then compare them. This is such a great video and super helpful. Bravo to you girl for making some tough choices. There will always be new scents to try and for me personally I only need to keep the ones in my club that really brings me joy and cannot be duplicated anywhere else

Same here Ashley. I’m also a spreadsheet sheet girl. I was looking at mine and realized my wax has become more of a chore, as far as making a dent in it, rather than enjoying it. I’ve had some of the same bars in my club forever and therefore have many multiples of them. This video gave me the push I needed to remove those and any I’m not in love with.

Wow 70 bars in your club. I only allow myself around 20 bars. Yes its very hard to minimize it to 20 bars when they keep coming out with new good bars... But i am constantly editing my club to add new ones and get rid of old ones.. Its so hard to do but i also order yankee and a few vendors so i have to have control... But i find you to be so funny because i feel like i struggle like you because i want so many waxes... Good luck and you will be able to minimize your club. Dont ever remove starburst sky and cashmere and courdory. They are unique scents!😊

Pink Leather is my scentsy heartbreak.

I cut my clubs a lot this past spring. I had very large bimonthly and quarterly clubs. When both clubs came together in Feb, it was over $1000 in wax. That's insane, and that hit me so hard. After that, I moved my bimonthly club into my quarterly and chopped the one club by about 60%. So now I only get a quarterly club, which is large, but never over $500 every 3 months. Months my club comes, I don't do any other orders, unless a LTO I really really want. I still spend too much on Scentsy (am a consultant for the discount so do get the percentage back), but it is far more manageable now. I also now do not add any scent which is light. If it isn't a strong performer, it can't be clubbed. I do regret cutting Apples & Oats and Breakfast in Bed though.

I think your logic is spot on! I also think you should ask Cory about Whiteout because he *really* likes it. And if he wants to keep it, it shouldn’t count in your total. ;) it also mixes really well with many tree scents for a good minty tree!! Overall I think you made good choices, although I worry for you about Churro Churro, Cranberry Pumpkin Spice (maybe you’re not actually getting a pumpkin fix, but a cranberry one?!), Blooming-marvelous (but maybe that will make the catalog! Same with apple spice season I hope), Strawberry Swirl, and Apple butter Frosting. Not trying to derail you, but those are the ones standing out to me. I think you did a great job. My club is about half your size, but I do have quite a few in a a bimonthly club that I’ve figured out to hack for just in between the catalog scents. Any that don’t come back I either have to merge into my quarterly or cut completely. My top bakery would be Sugar Cookie, Churro Churro, one of the cake scents (how would I choose??), Toffee Butter Crunch (which I think is super similar to ginger cookie crunch!), Toasted Carmel Sugar, Fall is Autumn Blaze Maple and Apple Spice Season, Winterberry Apple Tea, and Caramel Apple Craze *or* Gimme Candy Winter - Whiteout and Iced Pine and Christmas Cottage Wreath and Snowberry and probably both Mint to Be Merry & Candy cane buttercream Spring/summer - Flower Child & Lemon Sorbet & Strawberry Lemon Cake, Pink Sunshine Plus Vanilla Amber Fortunately quite a few are available currently! And I use a lot of bakery too so I’d like more than just my top few, because bakery has been lacking lately - until this catalog!

I appreciate hearing your thought process. I did a major cut in the fall when we heard about the current catalog. I’m trying to keep my club around 15-20 bars and if I have 4 of one scent in my stash and it’s not one of my absolute favorites, it’s getting the boot moving forward. Scentsy has so many new scents to try every season that I can say goodbye to some old things to justify buying more current things.
