These type of racers are a waste of time if you want to race against the top flyers if you want to be a champion flyer buy young birds from top racing lofts and race all young birds then race those left as yearlings and only breed from your best winners as paper pedigree pigeons are mostly a waste of time

Where can fanciers like myself buy pigeons like the one on video that can fly 1000 mile, regardless how long it took. we live in Dublin Rep of Ireland / and Northern Ireland a 100 miles further. Fanciers here in Dublin hope some day to actually clock a pigeon from Barcelona, I had the Vanbruaenes bought from A.H.Bennet's auction in the UK and won my very first race with a mealy hen from this long distance strain in 1991 and the Delbers I know are super distance as well a very good cross.
