Furniture hunting in Japan | Replacing my dining table

📍Tokyo A vlog about life in Tokyo 🇯🇵 I wanted to share my experience shopping for a dining table in Tokyo. We ended up having to get rid of our old Nitori table because we (ahem) burned too many holes in it from making grilled sushi at home 🫣 I recommend the 3 stores I shared in the vlog (details below) and although there were a few hiccups along the way we finally found the one! Please enjoy t...

📍Tokyo Living in Tokyo 🇯🇵 The weather finally is cold and I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to stay cozy in Tokyo during the fall. This week I do a Uniqlo haul for some very cute and cozy knitwear, as well as spend the weekend eating the best Chinese food and baked goods in Marunouchi. We also ended up going camping which the weather was fantastic and the foliage was amazing🍂 Thanks fo...

hey! love the vibes of your videos super relaxing ! 🥰
Thank you so much 🤗
Hey! I just stumbled upon your channel and I absolutely love your videos! 😄 The way you create content without showing your face is so inspiring-it's actually one of my goals to start a UA-cam channel like that too! 🙌 By the way, I’ve been considering getting a new iPad Mini, but I’m not sure if I should just go for a new iPhone instead. Do you think the iPad Mini is good for video editing? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it! 🎥✨
Thank you that is very kind. I haven't used the iPad mini for video editing yet, I have only used it for planning. I supposed it would depend on what you use to edit- I usually edit on Davinci Resolve which I don't think works well with the iPad, but I assume CapCut or other apps would be fairly easy to use on it.
High tea is for servants. The proper name is “afternoon tea.”
thanks I had no idea!
Literally ate these for the first time two days ago and I had to go back for more yesterday. I hope they never stop making them. The chocolate ones are BOMB!
I had no idea they came in chocolate, now I have an excuse to go back!
You have such a great vlogging style! I love your commentary - it’s soothing, like hearing a friend recount their trip ☺️ New subscriber - keep it up! ✨

As much as I dislike fish, that salmon looks so good

Thank you for the great video and information. I have a simple question, based on your experience do they checked the visitor paspor when entrance the park ?
Everything looks delicious, and outside all taste better 🤤🤤
Hii loved the vlog!! Just wondering how comfortable are the Marshall Major 4 i am debating on buying one myself and would be grateful to have your opinion on them!!
@@maitrishah4322 thanks for commenting! I find them quite comfortable compared to my AirPods- I can wear the Marshall headphones for much longer without issue. My only pain point would be they can feel uncomfortable when I wear certain earrings and also they get kind of hot in the summer
@Emi-Eats-Tokyo thank you this was very helpful!!
それ美味しかったです
omgggggggg🤪😍😍😍
Why don’t you like hearty ramen? (The heavy pork based)
I find it kind of heavy and hard to finish the whole bowl!
good video!
We’re thrilled to hear our music in your video! 🌟
This looks so yummy
I had the same eyesight issue! I recommend lutein which is a vitamin that improves your eyes. Now my eye sight has stopped getting worse every single year. great video btw!
@@LolaLayke Thanks! Never heard about it before so I just looked it up and it also seems to be available in Japan so I’ll definitely check it out ☺️

im in love wit your videos
cmon dawg that bread looks dry asl
@@nolanholmberg311 try fluffy bread in oil, then try crispy bread in oil. Not telling you what’s better, but I like it crispy.
@@griffinthorin1945 good crisp bread should have lots of moisture inside still. The moist fully interior paired with the crispy crust is exactly why we like it. what im saying is it looked dry and crumbly. not good bread texture
I traveled to Asia (Japan) for the first time right this fall and have made a few dishes at home. What produce would you buy in October and November? Is there anything you think is in season and worth mentioning?
That’s so nice, I recommend sweet potatoes, chestnuts, sanma (fish) , and matsutake mushrooms in this season.
@@Emi-Eats-Tokyo thanks!
Looks delicious ❤
Ur really living at the convenience store lol😂
Starbucks.....yikes
How long you've been ini Ghibli Park?

Hi How are You Your Videos is very beautiful and engaging but your view is very low But I have a way that if we apply on your page we can get our videos to a lot of people can we talk about that And especially about your thumbnails, which are nice but not attractive for today.
I saw that account name and im traumatized in a good way 😭
Thats a lot of heavy items. Does the handle dig into your shoulders
Yes it can, but I would say only moderately (similar to most tote bags)
@Emi-Eats-Tokyo thank u 🙂 I want to get the medium-sized tote.
Thanks! Does the bag maintain its structure when you put it down or does it collapse and expose what’s inside? I’m worried my stuff will fall out and might need a bag organiser 😅
🥰🌱🍃✨️
That looks so good!
